Great property for a city centre stay

Close to the City Centre, just a short Uber ride away from our venue. Beds were very comfortable and there were lots of bathrooms. Check in was easy and communication from the host was great.

As the party was all ladies lack of mirrors was noted . The fact that you have to mount a kerb and cross a pavement coming off a dual carriageway to access the parking space on the drive .

Location pretty close to central, simply explained instructions to lockbox to retrieve keys via WhatsApp, easy to get hold of host, property had multiple bedrooms and en suites and nice little extension built in towards back garden. Everything required for a group stay.

Nothing negative to say. Worth mentioning, it was close to central in the middle of an estate, next to a main road in Newtown. Therefore, loud on a Friday. However, this was not an issue for us.

Excellent property. Very comfortable. Complementary drinks were a thoughtful idea.

The property was very neat and had en.suite bathroom in most of the rooms which was great. The set up was nice with a garden section attached.

The shower was complex to operate. Not that I did not like it but perhaps you can leave operating instructions for renters to see.

Extremely spacious house, almost every bedroom had a on suite which was great for the amount of people that can fit and stay in the house. Greeted with complementary drinks and snacks, was very thoughtful. Great communication from the owner. Would absolutely book and stay again. Only a £5 uber ride away from city centre!

Back garden could just use a little bit more tlc and maybe some more seating out there.

Disappointing, expected better.

The place looked very nice without inspection. The beds were very comfy and also liked the LEDs. The bathrooms looked nice and the shower was lovely. The artificial grass area was homely and comfortable. Appreciated the basket with little goodies in.

Although the house looked lovely on first glance, after inspection there was a lot of dust and a few marks on the stairwell. In the morning, I had cleaned the house and whilst cleaning i noticed dirt, that wasn’t caused by us, around the counter top of the kitchen. We had contacted the owner of the property about the tele not working and they said that there was nothing they could do and would come and sort it a day that we wouldn’t be at the property. When trying to connect my phone to the Alexa, it wouldn’t let us as it said it had been reported lost or stolen recently. In the bathrooms, almost all of the toilet roll holders were broken and loose to the screw. In the photos they failed to show the untouched back garden, which was dirty, overgrown and unpleasant to be within. In the garden there was also a wet and dirty mop just lay there. The single bedroom tele also didn’t work so we had no way of watching tele throughout the night.

Brilliant apartment

Great place to stay, had all the amenities needed as we had a wedding to attend for a few days. Great host. Quick and efficient in helping with any issues. Will definitely recommend. Just a lovely apartment all round.

As seen! Comfortable and cozy

This property was booked for a group of lads on a wedding trip and they really liked the place ! The only disappointment was the parking it’s not easily accessible when you have a group who may have a lot of cars. Other than that hosts were lovely and responded on time! Thank you.

We had a great stay, would definitely recommend to others for a group stay. Perfect location to go in to bham town roug

Beautifully decorated, very modern, flashy lights, nice large house, from the outside you wouldn’t believe how big and spacious the house is.

Tv didn’t work, needs more mirrors in each room, the front door lock is strange doesn’t always lock when you want it to but it’s one of those locks no one can get in from the outside so wasn’t a worry.
