Duvet for sofa bed which we asked to be made up was missing, found next day in bedroom wardrobe but not available on arrival

Very clean and secure building. Stayed with my elderly parents, who were very pleased with the environment. The quick and easy communication with the owner was great and setting myself up to use the gym was so easy. I would definitely recommend this property. We’ll definitely be booking this place again.
I wish there was more storage areas for clothes in the smaller bedroom, but this a very minor point.

Lovely spacious apartment. Very clean with everything you might need for a short stay.
Hosts are very responsive & helpful.
Very hot - understandably given the weather we are currently experiencing.
Hosts had provided fans but air con would be a real bonus.

Access was easy enough. Room was adequate size & clean.
Layout of rooom not great with 1 of the shower right near the front door meaning you had to walk through the main area.
Only 1 socket in the room I was in & poorly located behind the bedside cabinet which couldn't even fit bedside the bed!!!
1 lift was broken when we arrived. By the time we got back from our function around 2am the other 1 was broken & we were on the 8th floor. Furthermore 1 of my friends has mobility issues. And I knew that lift had broken long before 2am as the next morning as we struggled downstairs to check out the repair guy saud other guests told him they'd reported it the Saturday evening but he only got called at 8am. On top of that we couldn't put the refuse ir door token away as it had expired due to the length of time it took us to get downstairs. Then I was offered a complimentary later check after the fact!
My friend said she wasn't happy that we couldn't even watch freeview TV which you can even access abroad
