Nicely laid out; good sized rooms and clean. Really good, fast and clear communication with the owner, who even offered to have the bed configuration made out to our choice!

Could have done with some extra seating in the lounge area - not a dealbreaker though! Some more full length mirrors would be a helpful addition for getting ready

Property was adequate.

Five ladies stayed... Inadequately equipped... Property advertised as being suitable for 8 people... Only six mugs, five wine glasses, four placemats, three coasters, no serving dishes or bowls etc etc... Whilst fairly clean and in a reasonable location generally disappointed with overall standard of accommodation

4 very good size bedrooms. 2 en suite and 2 separate bathrooms. Would be ideal for large groups.

Although t bags were available at the house they were the only complimentary item. For an overnight stay it was great.

The rooms to accommodate my family. The parking for 2 cars on the drive. The instructions. And it was close to the venue where I needed to be. So short journey home. I'd probably say I'd use again if I need to be in Birmingham

The kitchen had a bit of a smell in there. The TV in 1 bedroom has no back lighting and a dead slider in there

There's big spacious rooms, enough furniture and enough glasses etc

The garden needs some work (broken furniture clearing, mowing the lawn etc). Patio door in living didnt open (fire door?). The showers didn't work properly (low water pressure, some ran really hot and some didnt heat up at all). There was only 1 hand soap in 1 of the bathrooms and we were sure the info said there would be toiletries provided. No dishwasher tablets

Very clean and beautiful place. It has four bedrooms, each has its own shower room. there is a large kitchen and a nice living room. A very good place, particular suitable for a family or a group of friends.

Great value for koney

It was a clean and spacious house with an en-suite/allocated bathroom for each room. It had a bedroom downstairs which was great as we had one person who had difficulty climbing stairs. The manager was great, we needed a later check-out as we were there for a funeral and he was happy to do that even though he had a booking the following day.

Host was amazing, super helpful even when I locked us out of the house before we even got to step inside lol, very spacious!! Only a 15min taxi drive into town with a tescos just down the road.

Awesome stay. Perfect location, perfect clean house

Amazing house to stay in! Great lay out to the house, fab for big group stays. So clean, great facilities eg hoover, hairdryers, iron, plates and glasses etc. Close to the city centre £8 In a taxi.

Exceptional

Property was in a perfect location for a night out in Birmingham to accommodate a large group of ladies. The beds were very comfortable and the owner went above and beyond to arrange them for us to suit our party. The house has off road free parking and plenty of space to all socialise together in the kitchen and lounge.

The only point I would like to make is there could be mirrors put in the bathrooms as this would be easier for a large group of ladies to get ready without sharing mirrors.
