Convenient location, property manager was very good, responded to all the queries within 10 mins . Highly recommended for the service provided.

Close to station; near the water good view. Helpful staff and housekeeper. They responded very quickly and efficiently. .

Need to keep some basic supplies like tea and coffee available.

Good location just north of Interlakan Train Station and directly opposite the river joining the two lakes. The Interlakan Ferry docks directly opposite the apartment complex and has wonderful views of the Swiss Alps. Accommodation basic but comfortable, open plan "Studio" layout (note does not have separate bedrooms, all beds in same open area). Short walk (5mins) to Interlakan Ost town and shops and restaurants. Interlakan great location to visit Grindwald, Lauterbrunen and many other areas/towns like Thun old city. Recommend this location, which is located in a camping area with Laundry facilities.

Room basic but not an issue really as spend most of time away. Outside seating area could be a bit better (has steel chairs/table, no plants) but the views are fantastic which makes for a great time relaxing outside with a beer. If you have a car, as we did, parking could be better (number of available spaces limited). Despite paying for parking reservation (8CHF/Day), the reserved space (indicated by a sign in only one of the parking areas) was often used by others, not tied to the apartment number. Luckily we were able to park each day, so okay in the end.

The property was not appropiate for a married couple and 27 year old son.The pokey little room in the back by the toilet and front door meant that every time my wife and I went to the bathroom in the night it woke up my son.The door of the toilet was warped so it was difficult to close without making a noise.I suggest that a heavy curtain be placed around the bed in the back to provide privacy for the unfortunate person who has to sleep there because there is no room for a door. The area looked a bit rough with an old caravan site next to it and being greeted by somebody on arrival would have been nice,
