Loved it in every regard; staff, food, location and vibe,
Toilet and shower in Cuckoo didn’t flush/drain properly which was occasionally unpleasant. Reported but nothing done

Sehr ruhige, dörfliche Lage. Idyllisch.

The hotel is lovely and the decor is beautiful. They did a beautiful job with their renovation. Breakfast was nice but didn't open until 8:30am and takes 40 minutes so it was a bit late. We had a few issues but they weren't resolved. I think once they fix a few things, it will be a great place to stay.
The thermostat wasn't working properly and the tv turned on several times by itself in the middle of the night which woke us up. We booked a table at 7:30pm and were given a table in the back dark pub like area with most of the people who were just having drinks and not dinner vs. the new beautiful dining room. I felt that we should have been given a nicer table given we were hotel guests and that was disappointing.
