We had a good stay. The staff were kind and helpful. The room was comfortable with a good bed. We appreciated being able to catch a bus directly into Salisbury from right outside the hotel. We would stay again.

A fantastic venue to host an event. The staff and facilities were perfect for our function.

Room was nice and cosy, very quite looking over some stunning views.
Quite night sleep, although the walls are very thin you can hear people talking and TV on.
I assume the staff there are agency staff ans could not really care about the public.
Standing at the bar waiting to be served whilst she was standing at the till on her phone.
Followed by more members of staff just standing around on there phones.
Looking for a drink on the bar shelf and had to ask the bar staff to move out of the way twice as he was so concentrated in playing on his phone did not know I was there.
Ordered a bottle of beer which was poured into a glass, it was half liquid half head, then they sighed at me because I ask for a new one.
I have only marked staff as 2 as the supervisor / manager was brilliant.
