Zunächst war der Kontakt zur Vermieterin außerordentlich nett! Die Wohnung war äußerst sauber und sehr gemütlich. Sowohl das Sofa als auch das Bett waren sehr bequem. Der Kühlschrank hat sogar ein Gefrierfach und ein neuer Ventilator sorgte für Kühlung. Die Fenster halten den Lärm draußen. Die Ubahn ist nicht weit und der Bus hält fast vor der Tür. In der Nachbarschaft sind Restaurants, Imbisse und Supermärkte.
Als alleinreisende Frau war ich abends lieber mit dem Taxi unterwegs. Das einzige was ich in der Wohnung vermisst habe, war ein großer Spiegel.

The apartment is clean and sufficiently equipped. Good value for money.
It is on a VERY loud street. It was impossible to sleep even with closed windows. I’d say it’s ok if you need to stay 1-2 nights and you cannot find anything on budget, but for a longer vacation it’s pretty tiring.

condition of the apartment is not good . Needs renovation. doormat , kitchen floor tiles, colour of the apartment. Etc
