spacious living room and duplex bedroom with a window overlooking the rooftops.
Quiet neighborhood, market and shops near the Aubervilliers 4 Chemins metro station (Line 7), a 12-minute walk away; 14 minutes from the Pantin RER station; or take bus 330 right in front of the apartment. A 10-minute stroll along the Canal Saint-Martin. The Parc des Expositions de la Villette is a 20-minute walk or 18 minutes by metro, and 30 minutes from downtown Paris…

A double bed in the bedroom on the mezzanine (there is no sleeping arrangement for children or babies, but the room is large enough to fit a travel crib) and a double sofa bed in the living room (sheets and comforters provided).
Coffee maker with coffee pods, sugar, kettle, and toaster. Shampoo, soap, and towels.
The property is non-smoking, but you may smoke on the balcony or in the courtyard. Charcoal for the barbecue is not provided.
