Nice warm place to stay outside the city centre.

Magnific Apartments was a quiet place to stay away from the city. The place was comfortable and communication from host was fantastic. - comfortable - quiet - washing machine was a great addition while traveling around Europe - spacious living area with big couch and TV - dinner table - spacious kitchen which was well equipped - easy key collection

On arriving the cleaner was still cleaning, we left our bags and returned nearly 1hr later but they still weren’t finished. It was getting dark and cold outside (5pm) so we stayed. Cleaning wasn’t finished until nearly 1.5hrs after check in was allowed. The owner was apologetic and offered a very late check out which was greatly appreciated. A few minor things to fix: - broken glass on window in living area - peeling wallpaper - no toilet roll holder Beds weren’t overly comfortable and no extra pillows but that is just a personal preference.

مكان جميل -نظيف - مناسب للأسر والعائلات العيب الوحيد هو ان الشقة فى الطابق الخامس وغالبا الاسانسير معطل

عطل الاسانسير دائما يسبب مشكلة لكبار السن والاطفال والحقائب

Mieszkanie wymaga generalnych porządków. Słabo posprzątane. Uszkodzona szyba w salonie i płytki w toalecie. Nieprzyjemny zapach w łazience.

Proprietário disponível para resolver os problemas. Fácil comunicação e simpatia do proprietário. Localização, encostado á saída so metro.

Tivemos que esperar mais de uma hora depois do check-in, na rua com as malas porque a limpeza ainda estava a ser feita.

Departamento amplio pero con falta de limpieza y presencia de un responsable para el ingreso acordad

La ubicación es lejos pero se puede llegar fácilmente en metro y te deja en la entrada, el problema fue que se coordino para llegar a las 11 de la mañana y se acordó que no había problema sin embargo a nuestra llegada el grupo anterior seguía ahí y todo se encontraba sucio. Creo que falta la presencia del anfitrión o de una persona física para evitar estos inconvenientes

Perfect verblijf voor een gezin

Het appartement is naast de metro en ruim. De bedden zijn goed, de grote keuken en koelkast heel praktisch met een groot gezin.

Het was jammer dat de parkeerplaats tijdelijk niet beschikbaar was, maar dit werd door de eigenaar heel goed opgelost.

Große Wohnung!

Größe, für 6 Personen geeignet. Nähe zur Metro. Kleiner Supermarkt und wunderbare Bäckerei gleich gegenüber. Die Betten sind komfortabel und sauber. WLAN für unsere Zwecke gut. Im 5. Stock fühlt man sich sicher.

Sauberkeit an manchen Stellen nicht so gut. Aber genügend Reinigungsmittel vorhanden. Keine Tassen! Nur 3 Gläser, für 6 Personen! Sonst Küchenausstattung ausreichend.

Super-Stützpunkt für eine Woche Paris

1. Die Lage: Die U-Bahnstation "Fort de Auberville" (Linie M7) liegt direkt vorm Haus. Und mit der M7 kommt man ohne Umsteigen zum Ostbahnhof, zur Oper, zum Louvre und weiter nach Süden. 2. Die Größe: 2 Schlafzimmer, ein großes Wohn- und Esszimmer, Balkon... Für vier Personen mehr als ausreichend Platz. 3. Der Preis: Im Vergleich zu anderen, gleichartigen Objekten günstig.

Fast nichts. In der Küche fehlten ein paar Teile und ein paar Kleinigkeiten könnten ausgebessert werden.
