Smelly, old, unsafe and not comfortable. Looks nice on pictures Clean on the inside

Old smelly building in a sketchy neighborhood next to construction. The apartment was on the 6 floor with no elevator. There was an elevator but there were warnings all over it that it’s dangerous. Hot without AC or even a fan. Neighbors were fighting loudly next door.

Value for money

This apartment is very well located, 2 minutes from Metro station (line 9). There are supermarkets, bakery and restaurants (fast food) nearby. The accommodation was very good, the beds are very comfortable. Rooms, kitchen and bathroom were cleaned. Kitchen is well equipped with electric kettle, coffee maker, microwave, electric oven, washing machine, cutlery, dishes, cups and glasses which seems to be new. The furniture is also new. The communication with the host was very good, he was very helpful. I recommend this accommodation.

The apartment is located at the 6th floor of a building. Inside this building is an unpleasant smell. The elevator is working randomly depending the other people who live here (any of them leave the door open). Inside the apartment was a cigarettes smell which remains from the previous tourists despite the host's effort to clean up as good as possible. I don't know how safe is the district in the night time as we come back from the city center before 20 o'clock.

- Öncelikle sahibi yada calisanlar cok cok iyilerdi. Erken girmek istedik onayladilar. Gec cikabilir miyiz dedik izin verdiler. Cok memnun kaldim onlardan - Paris merkeze cok uzak degil. Uber ile 10-15 euro ya merkeze gecebiliyorsunuz. - Mutfak ve esyalar yeni. 2 tane 2 kisilik yatak odasi ve büyük bir salonu var.

- Temizlik iyi yapilmamisti. - Asansör calismiyordu, ama cözülmesi icin teknisyenlerle görüstüklerini söylediler belki düzelmistir. - Konum olarak cok güvenli bir yer gibi durmuyordu ama Paris disi genelde böyle diye duydum. - Kaloriferler otomatik calisiyordu. Hava sicak oldugundan kapatmak istedik ama kapatilmiyordu.

Spațiu generos, dotat bine Magazin Franprix la parterul blocului Stație metrou si bus la cateva minute

Cartier foarte urat, la capătul liniei de metrou M12. Accesul în bloc se face printr-un gang neiluminat noaptea. Holul de acces în bloc, desi curat, avea un miros puternic de urina, probabil din subsol prin casa liftului. Apartament relativ curat, însă cu miros peste tot - camera de zi imprumuta din mirosul holului fiind in directa legatura cu acesta, iar restul casei cu miros de mucegai, mai ales în baie care e plina de mucegai! Lucruri de neacceptat pentru un pret de peste 140 euro pe zi. Bucătăria utilata, cu mașina de vase si rufe insa fara utilitate atata timp cat nu pui macar 2 capsule pt spalare pt cei care vin sa stea mai mult de 5 zile. Vesela abia clatita, plina de urme de tot felul. Prosoapele gri dau un sentiment de neincredere totala ca sunt la prima utilizare dupa spalare - același miros, probabil spălate fără detergent Sigur ca nu vei găsi papuci, sau halat..
