Good option for Paris

The host’s communication was excellent and the directions/check-in instructions were clear and flawless. The apartment offers many amenities and also provides secure access with a private indoor parking garage, which was very convenient. The balcony and the view were very enjoyable. The apartment is quite spacious and functional. You can easily find everything you might need during your stay.

However, there were a few things we were not fully satisfied with, mainly regarding cleanliness. The apartment was quite dusty and did not seem to have been professionally cleaned. There was also a lack of basic supplies such as liquid soap and toilet paper. Additionally, the doors were very squeaky. Other than these issues, it is still a good and preferable option for staying in Paris

Very good stay.

Really pretty and nice apartment. Located near a metro station, it takes around 40minutes to get to the center, it's a quiet neighborhood and there's a shopping mall close. The owner explains everything you need to know, with videos and descriptions.

Water pressure is not that great, it was hard to wash our hair properly.

Good spot if you need to be in this area.

We chose to stay in this area because of the proximity to a bouldering gym that our grandson wanted to visit. It’s a fair way out of the city but well served by a metro line every few minutes. The area is pretty busy during the day but deserted in the evening. Several places were shuttered so it looked a bit run down but we never felt unsafe. There is a shopping mall just a couple of minutes away though many stores were vacant though fortunately not the large Carrefour which was great for groceries. We ate in a small Chinese restaurant nearby a couple of times. A couple of other restaurants we wanted to try were not open. Maybe vacation? The apartment is a decent size though rather cluttered in my opinion - too many bits and pieces! The kitchen is a very nice size with everything you need including a dishwasher though there is no dining table, just a couple of bar stools which really need replacing!!! There is one bathroom and a separate toilet. There’s a washing machine which we used, it worked well. The owner/agent was very easy to communicate with, very responsive. The instructions to access the apartment seemed a bit overwhelming at first - a door code, a phone number to unlock a second door, another door code - but they all worked fine and after a couple of tries the teenagers at least had them all memorized! I wouldn’t stay here again simply because it was a long way from the city center but it suited us this time round.

Too much clutter that serves no useful purpose. The bar stools which are torn and horribly noisy! The cushions on the sofa looked pretty grubby.

Great pad and good comms.

Good location and a nice style, had everything that we needed. Comms leading up to the stay was exceptional.

Starting to be a little tired in some places (if we were being very picky). Tap in bathroom wobbly, some ornaments damaged, vent in bathroom a little dusty. Again only highlighting to be very picky - we would definitely use again.

- the flat is big and spacious - Close to 2 big malls where you can buy groceries and eat - Close to subway - Quiet area

- extremely dirty: dust everywhere, sticky floor and kitchen, food crumbs in the cabinets, no hand towels, dirty carpet, dirty sheets, dirty pillows etc - it looks like it was never cleaned before - Bad water shower pressure, mold next to the sink and the faucet - No mosquito nets - No AC! - there are 2 mobile cooling units, but they make extremely loud noise and they release hot air at the same time, so they are useless - Bad smell everywhere

this place is definitely value for money. Can easily host upto 6 guests. The apartment is very modern and has all the necessary gadgets. Walking distance to the metro is about 10 minutes so within 30 minutes, you can reach the main tourist attractions. We liked this place because it's so close to the city and you don't have to drive in. Secured parking is provided as well. Highly recommended for your stay in Paris!

Perfect appartement for a stay in Paris

Easy to communicate with the host, we could park the car earlier in the day before check in time so that was very helpful for us. Great location near to metro stop. Super clean and spacious appartement.

A great place to stay that is super clean and modern

The apartment owner has good taste and you can tell he is proud of his super clean apartment, a lot of care and love went into it!

We could not get past the 2nd door inside because there was no way to make International calls, so we had to wait a while until someone in the building could open the door. A bit stressful and dissapointing. also a bit far from tourist downtown attractions

nice place to stay in Aubervilliers

The apartment was easy to find, safe, clean and comfortable overall. The two bedrooms and the bathroom were nicely decorated. the espresso maker was easy to use and a very nice touch!

The air conditioner units in the bedrooms didn't work very well, it was very hot and uncomfortable to sleep. Plus, the exhaust for the units went out the window, which meant that the windows could not be covered effectively by the blinds, so it stayed very light in the rooms (we were there in the summer)-this also made sleeping harder. There was no hand towel in the bathroom.

Sehr schön, zu empfehlen, würde ich wieder buchen!

Nicht ganz zentral, aber trotzdem Gute Lage in der Nähe einer Metrostation, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 5min Fußweg in einem Einkaufszentrum erreichbar. Mit der Metro braucht ca. 20-30 min ins Zentrum. Das sollte man bei Unternehmungen einplanen. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, schöne Küche, hübsches Bad.

Das ein oder andere Möbelstück ist bereits etwas in die Jahre gekommen und abgenutzt/beschädigt. Das tut der Funktionalität aber keinen Abbruch, sieht nur nicht mehr so schön aus. In der Umgebung haben wir leider keine Restaurants o.ä. gefunden. In der Wohnung fehlt unserer Ansicht nach ein geeigneter Essplatz bei schlechterem Wetter. Auf dem Balkon lässt es sich aber gut sitzen.

Séjour d'une nuit pour concert au stade de France

Logement récent de très grande taille et très bien équipé. On pourrait y passer une semaine sans problème. Une belle machine à café à disposition. 35min à pied du stade de France en longeant le canal (il y a aussi un bus s'il n'y a plus de travaux) Terrasse sympathique avec vue sur le canal. Accès sécurisés et parking sous terrain

Probablement très chaud les jours de canicule mais les chambres ont une climatisation. Certaines rues du quartier sont jonchés d'une quantité de déchets incroyables ce qui ne donne pas envie de s'attarder.

Leuke appartement, maar niet schoon.

Het uitzicht en faciliteiten waren prima. Ook goede ligging dichtbij het openbaar vervoer.

Hygiëne. Het appartement was vies. Overal stof, alle ramen en spiegels waren vies helaas. Als dit niet zo was had ik het een 8 gegeven. Nu een 4. Voor een persoon die geeft om hygiëne was dit een afkraker.

Nuestro vuelo era muy temprano y le pedimos al anfitrion poder dejar la maleta antes para no tener que estar visitando la ciudad con la maleta y nos contestó 2 veces con mensajes automáticos. Cuando nos alojamos a las 16h vimos que no había ninguna toalla de ducha ni de manos (en el anuncio pone que hay toallas). Tampoco balleta, pastilla para lavavajillas. Le llamamos y no contestó nadie, enviamos un mensaje y tampoco contestó. Nos sentimos abandonados en ese momento. Tuvimos que comprar toallas, cosa que no nos había pasado nunca. Lo que mas nos molestó es que no contactara con nosotros ni nos diera ninguna solución. Por suerte todo funcionó, pero si el problema aún hubiera sidoo peor como no tener agua caliente, que hubiera pasado?

Die Lage, Wohnung modern und sicher. In der Nähe ist die UBahn und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten . Stade de France zu Fuss in 30 Minuten. Gute Kommunikation.

Mooi appartement op een goede locatie met goede prijs / kwaliteit verhouding

Het appartement ligt dicht bij een metro halte in een nette wijk. Het was super dat je de auto kon parkeren in de garage. En het appartement was heel netjes. Mooier dan op de foto’s! Een paar keer contact gehad met de verhuurder en deze was vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Eten moet je aan een bar in de keuken maar er zijn niet genoeg stoelen. Het appartement is voor vier personen maar er waren maar twee stoelen. Er was nog een kruk bij een tafeltje die we konden aanschuiven. Omdat we met drie personen waren was het hierdoor net genoeg voor ons. Toen we wilde koken bleek dat niet alle pannen geschikt waren voor het elektrische inductie fornuis. We kwamen door proberen er achter dat het fornuis het wel deed maar dat bepaalde pannen niet voor inductie geschikt waren. Deze pannen zouden vervangen moeten worden. De vaatwasser kreeg een storing halverwege het verblijf en was niet meer bruikbaar. We hebben gebeld met de eigenaar. Het probleem is niet opgelost tijdens ons verblijf. We hebben een paar dagen met de hand moeten afwassen. In de wc zit een kastdeur boven de wc. Deze zit los en kwam naar beneden vallen toen we deze deur open moesten doen. De deur zit geklemd tussen de muren maar voelt toch niet veilig als je op de wc zit.

La qualité des prestation de l,hébergement, la machine à café, thé à disposition, netflix dans la chambre principale. Appartement décoré avec beaucoup de gout, parking sécurisé compris dans le prix. Métro et centre commercial à proximité et bonne communication avec l'hôte. De plus le logement est beaucoup plus spacieux que ceux proposés pour le même prix dans le secteur.
