We have a disabled child and the property was not clean enough to feel safe, not a restful holiday!
Apartment was very cute and easy access to Paris central.
Had to keep contacting hosting for information about how to used garage and amenities. Property was quite dirty and seemed to have been neglected in regards of maintenance cleaning and replenishing for next guests to a basic standard. Dirty sheets on main bed. Pillows on guest bed, zip broken on both pillows- hazard to a child. Sofa bed in front room- very marked with dirty stains Cushions on sofa- very marked with stains No tea towels to dry plates. Dirty sponges and pad to wash plates. Old dried food in cutlery drawers and dried rice in colander. Greasy cupboards Kitchen was very unsatisfactory that we had to clean Un tensile that we needed to use or ate mostly out due to this issue. Old used soap bar from other guest in mail bathroom Full ashtray in balcony area Property was for 6 people but not enough cups ext for all staying guests. All plants were neglected or dead, falling out of plant pot! No instruction in how to use heating, slept cold.

Stylish spacious living in the city
This place was perfect for us!! A family of four, staying in Paris for the Olympics and to explore the city. The apartment is very spacious, has all the amenities and more. Clean, comfortable, stylish and fun. A short walking distance to shops, supermarkets and public transport/metro for easy access to the centre. The parking and apartment are safe and very secure. The host has great communication and couldn't help us more. Do not miss the opportunity to stay here.

Een fijne locatie. Dichtbij de metro, een rustige buurt en goed uitzicht.
Het had wat schoner gemogen. Op het oog was het netjes en het beddengoed was heerlijk fris. Maar er mocht wel een grote schoonmaakbeurt gedaan worden.

Хочу сказать спасибо арендодателю за то что он очень помог мне, обычно нужно платить депозит по карте, но к сожалению у меня не было возможности оплати депозит по карте и мне пришлось оплачивать наличными, обычно так не работает, но арендодатель вошёл в моё положение и принял депозит наличными, а также вернул его полном объеме когда я уезжал. Мне очень понравилось место положения апартаментов, огромный плюс в том что есть частная парковка бесплатная, также есть все удобства в доме вплоть до бильярда игрового автомата кинотеатра, кухня современная Ессе удобства, две ванные. В общем мне очень сильно понравилось я ставлю оценку 10 из 10 уверено советую всем особенно большим семьям арендовать здесь апартаменты
