Good communication prior to trip, quiet location, clean rooms and linen, beautiful outlook. Very helpful arranging car back to Hanoi and trip to Fansipan Mountain. It was nice to be away from SaPa town.
Lack of maintenance: exposed electrics, blocked drains, leaking taps, light bulbs not working.
