Everything about this homestay exceeded our expectations. The room was beautiful, spotless, and had a stunning balcony with an unforgettable mountain view. The location was peaceful, making it the perfect place to relax after exploring Sapa.
The staff made our stay truly special. The older lady was incredibly kind and caring. She prepared a delicious breakfast every morning, paid attention to every little detail, and even offered us her umbrella free of charge whenever it rained. Her warmth made us feel at home.
The younger lady treated us like family. She was always smiling, checked on us regularly, helped us with everything we needed, and genuinely cared that we had a wonderful stay.
The gentleman may not show many emotions, but he was always reliable, professional, and fulfilled every request promptly.
Another pleasant surprise was that the hotel sold water, snacks, and other essentials at very reasonable prices—actually cheaper than many nearby shops. It showed they genuinely cared about their guests instead of trying to make extra money.

Simple but nice accommodation with everything provided for a pleasant stay. The owners were kind and helpful, the room was spacious and had a balcony with a beautiful view. The breakfast was good. 15 minutes walk to the centre and close to the bus station.
