Great apartment in good location. Some high tech requirements which may not suit all.

Home from home Good facilities in a comfortable and large apartment

The air conditioner is not controlled in the apartment but by messaging the agency during working hours.. not very convenient and meant an uncomfortable hot night. Entry to the apartment requires downloading an app before beginning the stay and operating the building entrance door by mobile phone after the agency send you a code while on site by the front door. All very high tech, and ?necessary. I can imagine some older guests being confused.

Nice apartment in Modena

We stayed 5 nights in this nice furnished convenient apartment with 2 bedrooms ,& 2 toilets rooms. It has an equipped kitchen & good heating system. Good WiFi, free parking nearby. Close to a big supermarket & and a good restaurant in awalking distance. The owner was always available by WhatsApp and helped with good advice whenever we needed it. Very good choice if you don't want to stay in a hotel.

The second bedroom is a bit small though and the single bed in the room was too small - good for a child only

Personalul ma acuzat ca nu am lăsat taxa de oraș și ca am ars cu fierul de călcat o mobila ceea ce nu este deloc adevărat și cred ca am mai stat in acea casa de cel puțin 8 ori și am mai stat și în alte case de la agenția lor și nimic nu s-a întâmplat doar acum brusc dintr-o dată am făcut toate chestiile astea,cel mai probabil cei de la curățenie au luat bani pentru taxa de oraș și au ars și mobilierul cu fierul de călcat .personalul nu merită nici măcar nota 0

Estive no apartamento por uma semana, ele estava tudo limpo, cheiroso e organizado. O check in e o checkout foram práticos. O prédio é bastante tranquilo, silencioso, e a localização é ótima. Tive um pequeno incidente e o anfitrião foi super rápido e ágil em me ajudar. Com certeza voltarei mais vezes!!! NOTA 1000

Pessima esperienza

Casa vecchia, stoviglie e pentolame minimale. Letti e divano scomodi. Pulizia scadente. Appartamento preparato per 2 persone e non per 4 come da prenotazione. Ho chiamato e mi è stato detto che la cosa si sarebbe potuta risolvere solo il giorno successivo. Dormito quindi senza cuscino, con una vecchia coperta impolverata rimediata da un armadio e delle lenzuola che non erano pulite. Utilizzato asciugamani delle mani per la doccia. La mattina ho dovuto chiamare ancora perchè nessuno veniva. Il gas non c'era e non ho potuto cucinare, è stato ripristinato solo dopo intervento. In cucina sopra il tavolo da pranzo c'è un sensore di calore/fumo che scatta in continuazione provocando un allarme che dura circa un minuto e stacca la fornitura di gas. Tale sensore scatta se posi anche solo una tazza di latte o the caldo sul tavolo. E' molto stressante la mattina presto sentire una sirena così forte. La sera di sabato appena rientrati in casa abbiamo constatato che non c'era acqua calda. Dopo diverse telefonate siamo convenuti che la caldaia era in blocco e non si poteva fare nulla. Non ci siamo potuti fare la doccia e lo stesso ovviamente anche la mattina successiva. Un vero disagio. Durante la notte tra sabato e domenica i vicini hanno fatto moltissimo rumore chiaccherando ad alta voce sul pianerottolo di fronte alla porta d'ingresso. Verso le 4 del mattino per una ventina di minuti sembrava il mercato. Domenica mattina sono sceso in macchina per cominciare a caricarla e non riuscivo più a rientrare nell'appartamento perchè il tasto per aprire il portone non era più presente nell'applicazione con cui si accede allo stabile dell'appartamento. Evidentemente l'accesso mi era stato fornito per soli due giorni. Non rispondendo nessuno al numero di emergenza ho dovuto chiamare una delle persone che dormiva svegliandola un ora prima del previsto per farmi aprire il portone. Esperienza pessima che non consiglio a nessuno.
