Comfortable flat in convenient location

Because of construction on the building, we were unable to park at the property, but were able to park in the neighborhood using a parking permit. The apartment is comfortable, the AC is very good and communication with the property managers was excellent. Easy walk into the city from the flat and close to markets and restaurants.

The location was good. It was in a walking distance to the center of the old town The apartment was quiet at night. Even there was some household noise upstairs which I think is normal The parking was convenient There was a supermarket closed by

The doorlock machanism may not be welcomed by many elderly users The apartment is a bit old The stairs, if you have heavier luggages The shower booth was a bit tight

Overall It was a great!

It was a pretty apartment very well equipped for long stays.

It's a second floor apartment with narrow stairs, not suitable for low mobility people. Parking lot it's not private and not easy to reach with wide cars.

Appartamento comodo a due passi dal centro

Appartamento ben organizzato, con tutto l‘indispensabile anche per cucinare (sale, olio, ecc..), macchinetta del caffè e bollitore. Host molto attenti, si sono accorti di un problema con il self check-in e ci hanno contattato in anticipo per risolvere. Apprezzati i consigli del ristorante e della caccia al tesoro!

L’appartamento è al secondo piano senza ascensore, non un problema per noi ma potrebbe essere scomodo per chi ha passeggino o mobilità ridotta. Il bagno è molto piccolo ed un po‘ scomodo per come è organizzato, ma per due giorni ci si adatta. Un’ultima piccola cosa… il pass per parcheggiare sulle strisce blu è molto comodo, ma non c‘era una penna in tutta la casa 😅

Notte di passaggio a Modena

Buona posizione, si puo' arrivare in centro a piedi. Posizione tranquilla, buona pulizia dentro l'appartamento e arredamento nuovo. Parcheggio interno.

Le foto sono fatte molto bene e l'appartamento sembra molto bello. In realtà l'appartamento è in una casa di corte molto vecchia. I muri non sono per niente insonorizzati.

L'appartamento è molto carino e pulito, ed è in una posizione comoda. La zona è molto silenziosa e si dorme bene. Molto facile il check in automatico e l'apertura delle

si potrebbero aggiungere delle tende nella zona giorno poichè il sole batte proprio sul divano letto al mattino. Un pò difficile da individuare

Bel appartement calme, avec literie confortable, très propre, bien équipé avec une place de parking sécurisé, proche des commerces et à 15mn du centre de Modène. Idéal pour un séjour en couple ou en famille.

Bellissimo appartamento dotato di tutto quello che serve a due passi dal centro.

Posizione strategica a pochi passi dal centro in un palazzo tranquillo e dotato di corte esterna con parcheggio. Proprietari estremamente disponibili sempre pronti a supportare le nostre esigenze.

Partendo dal presupposto che si può sempre migliorare anche se l'esperienza rimane eccellente. L'ingresso del palazzo non è facilmente individuabile dalla strada. I proprietari hanno inviato una guida a supporto utile, ma nonstante ciò abbiamo dovuto effettuare diversi giri attorno all'isolato. L'aggiunta di qualche screen shoot per la mappa stradale sarebbe molto utile. Anche il meccanismo per entrare a casa non è immediato al primo utilizzo, andrebbe spiegato meglio nelle istruzioni che si ricevono.

Net appartement met wel wat vreemde ligging

Het appartement was netjes en er waren goede voorzieningen: ijskast, fornuis, wasmachine voorzien van wasblokjes. Proper appartement.

De ligging is wat vreemd en moeilijk te vinden. Het lijkt wel of je in een sociale woonblok terecht komt. Parking is er wel, maar toch eerder schaars. Je hoort ook goed de buren. Modena viel ons ook een beetje tegen, goed voor 1 nacht. Zoals bij de meeste overnachtingen, moet je wel altijd werken met je GSM om toegang te kunnen verkrijgen. Ook altijd je e-id nog doorsturen. Dat vind ik wat vervelend dat je zoveel tijd op je GSM moet doorbrengen voor een overnachting... (algemene opmerking voor overnachting in Italië)

I proprietari sono stati disponibilissimi e molto celeri nelle risposte alle richieste. Le indicazioni per raggiungere l'alloggio erano molto chiare, l'apertura del portone d'ingresso e della parta davvero comodi ed innovativi e mio parere. L'appartamento era molto pulito e dotato di ogni confort con anche alcune chicche e dettagli inaspettati. Lo consiglio davvero!
