Stella21 is a fabulously decorated apartment! It is spacious and comfortable, we don’t feel we were in a sterile rental unit. The artwork and linens are fantastic! The refreshments left for us were abundant and considerate.

Memorable stay .

Spacious , clean, unique modern and artistic and not overwhelming , the owner such an elegant lady thought of every detail . Every corner in the spacious two level apartment is filled with simplicity and love .the natural light comes from every corner . It was in quiet street which was very comfortable to sleep and of walkable to city central . Best place in Modena .

***Don’t stay here under any circumstances*** This property only accepts check-ins between 2pm and 6pm, with zero leniency for later arrivals. We explained to management that we were running late due to unforeseen circumstances and they were unwilling to make any arrangements. Management stopped answering the phone after 6pm. Booking.com was unable to contact the property. We were charged the full amount and had to sleep in a dump. Why risk it? ***Don’t stay here under any circumstances***

Amazing apartment. The owner really takes care and has pride in her apartment. It was so clean and in a perfect spot in Modena. This is the best accommodation I’ve stayed at.

Perfect location for a great stay in Modena

Location was perfect, easy to walk everywhere. It was very helpful that there is a lift up to the apartment as we had a big suitcase! The apartment is a good size and had everything we needed. Francesca is a great host and we were very grateful that she could provide us storage for our luggage on the day we checked out.

Very cossy and central located appartment, with all needed facilities.

The stay at Stella21 was very pleasant. We arrived in evening and it was still very hot outside. The appartment was plesant cool with airconditioning equipped. The appartment is located on the upper floor and has even a small tower with a beautiful room and a nice view over the roofs of Modena. This room is not equipped with an airconditioning and our daughter was then sleeping below on the sofa, as it was too hot there. The appartment is direcly located in the center and everything is close by and reachable by foot. Francesca recommend us a very nice wine restaurant, where we had a great tradional Italien dinner. The breakfast is typiccal italian, mainly sweet and fine. We were taking the opportunity and have bought italien specialities from a bakery nearby (3min). We would come any time back and can warmly recommend the appartment.

Best of location and best owner who is helpful and will go out of the way to make your stay the best.

Right from the location to the house itself and the owner. She was super helpful in everything and took care of every detail in the house. Also, we stayed coz it’s front of Osteria Francescana restaurant, and we saw Mossimo in the street and met him.

Incredible B&B located centrally that offers tradition and modern ammentities.

The property blended the authentic 170 old building with modern furnishings. It was close to the city center so we walked everywhere!

If you’re tall, you may need to kind your head in certain places. Also, the shower could have better water pressure.

A gorgious home away from home

What a find - best B&B ever (we travel a lot!) Spacious, comfortable and stylish home away from home. Super friendly and knowledgeable host/owner (Francesca), who accomodates early check-in if possible and helps out in any immaginable way. We will be back for sure.

Stunning apartment in a beautiful city.

Fabulous apartment, very spacious and beautifully decorated. The view from the tower is stunning and the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee. Apartment could easily sleep 4 and not feel crowded. Location is great, everything is within easy walking distance and the apartment is quiet at night. Lots of beautiful restaurants and bars around - you are spoilt for choice! Francesca was a brilliant host, really communicative and helpful. Breakfast was a lovely touch and she had also thoughtfully considered dietary requirements in what was provided and her recommendations for where to eat in the city. Thank you!

Great accommodation in the heart of Modena

Perfect apartment in Modena right next to Osteria Francescana. Very tastefully decorated and spacious. Parking on the street around the corner is possible for a registration fee of 10 Euro. Francesca, the host, was so nice to that care of that for us. Thank you very much! A pitty we only had one night there. We‘d love to come back soon. Highly recommended.
