The apartment got really hot when the afternoon sun hit it. Although there are two air-conditioning machines in the apartment the bedrooms get really warm in the Italian summer.

It was great!!

I love this apartment! It was well decorated and modern, but also felt like a home. It was a nice place to rest, relax and recharge for the rest of our trip! It is a perfect space for a small family and if you are travelling with a little one there is everything you need- crib, highchair, laundry. Location is good for accessing restaurants and shopping and if you have a car the Ferrari Museum is just 25 minutes away. The hosts are kind, responsive and want to ensure you are happy while you are there.

For the price, this was a good accomodation for our family.

The location was a little sketchy. There was a lot of construction nearby. The apartment bathroom could use some updating.

Spacious apartment with easy access to all good things in Modena.

Great location and loved being able to unlock doors w/phone. Also quite soundproof so nothing bothered by nearby construction.

Amazing apartment! My kids were so happy and surprised to find toys and books, my husband and I finally had a few minutes of peace and quiet to ourselves.

Nice and easy, just like we wanted.

We got the keys from the cleaning lady as we were a bit early with the arrival, so we never got to test the web link that was provided. The location is excellent, very easy to get around the city. Parking was just around the corner and included in the price.

Appartamento carino, pulito e ben posizionato. Il check-in online è comodo se si arriva tardi e la casa è ben organizzata per un breve soggiorno.

Il check-in è completamente automatizzato e manca un po’ di contatto umano. Per un ospite italiano medio può risultare poco intuitivo: dopo molte ore di viaggio, soprattutto con bambini, si rischia di trovarsi fuori dall’appartamento senza aver ancora completato check-in e pagamento della tassa di soggiorno. Un supporto più diretto da parte del gestore sarebbe utile

Ótimo apartamento no centro histórico.

Do espaço, da localização e dos equipamentos do apartamento. O apartamento é perto de tudo. Mercado, restaurantes, cafés, museus. Tem um excelente forno e fogão, maquina de lavar e secar roupas, maquina de lavar louça, bons pratos, talheres e taças de vinho. Boa roupa de cama e banho.

Do elevador muito antigo/pequeno e da aberutura inicial da porta. A abertura da porta exige internet no celular. A rede de 5G é muito fraca na frente da porta. Precisa ir na janela do corredor para conseguir rede e abrir a porta. É simples, mas até pensar nisso cansado da viagem vai um tempinho. Depois do primeiro acesso com o wi fi do próprio apartamento no celular esse inconveniente desaparece.

Stor og sentral leilighet som ligger høyt og luftig.

Veldig sentral leilighet med store rom og god plass. Det var praktisk å kunne ordne med betaling av turistskatt og parkering over nett. Vi var spent på hvordan åpning av dørene via en nettlenke fungerte, men det gikk helt fint! Værtene sendte oss all informasjon vi trengte og det var tips til båder aktiviteter og resturanter i leiligheten.

Den siste natten hadde varmtvannsberederen til tider en irriterende pipelyd. Rommet nederst i oppgangen hvor vi skulle plassere plastavfall etc. var skittent og rotete.

J'ai reçu un lien pour enregistrer notre identité avec ce lien nous avons pu ouvrir la porte donnant sur la rue et celle de l'appartement. C'était très pratique mais attention de garder le smartphone chargé. L'appartement est calme, bien chauffé, l'eau de la douche bien chaude, il est au 5ème étage avec un ascenseur ancien. L'appartement est est très bien placé dans Modena, à 10 mn à pied de la gare centrale, il y a beaucoup de restaurants aux alentours.

Il m'a manqué du produit à vaisselle et 1 torchon car nous prenions que le petit déjeuner, je n'ai pas utilisé le lave vaisselle pour si peux. Les travaux aux alentours dès 7h30 le matin. Il faut vraiment partir à 11 h, la personne qui fait le ménage arrive même avant.
