"Perfect location. Good size room with a lot of toys for kids. We Had some issue with the window shutter and toilet paper but the host responded to our request fairly quickly."

We had a pleasant stay in this apartment. The staff were very helpful, communication was smooth throughout, and when a maintenance issue came up, they responded quickly and with care. It’s also in a convenient location, within walking distance of Modena’s historic center.
The apartment is warm and comfortable, though some aspects feel a little dated, and the building itself could benefit from some updates. That said, we felt safe and comfortable walking in the neighborhood.

Appartamento carino, pulito e ben posizionato. Il check-in online è comodo se si arriva tardi e la casa è ben organizzata per un breve soggiorno.
Il check-in è completamente automatizzato e manca un po’ di contatto umano. Per un ospite italiano medio può risultare poco intuitivo: dopo molte ore di viaggio, soprattutto con bambini, si rischia di trovarsi fuori dall’appartamento senza aver ancora completato check-in e pagamento della tassa di soggiorno. Un supporto più diretto da parte del gestore sarebbe utile
