De hygiëne was echt niet voldoende.

Good location as it is very close to city centre and within reasonable driving distance to Loch Ness and nearby points of interest, house was very clean, spacious rooms, great wi-fi, big kitchen with dining room.

Overall everything was really good, 9 stars out of 10. One star lost only because we had other properties to compare with from our trip where hosts went an extra mile by leaving us a welcome baskets, detailed information packs and replied to messages within minutes. Only negative was that hose was leaking in one of the bathrooms and also floor was making noise in the same bathroom area so it was a bit difficult to sleep in nearby bedrooms when someone went to bathroom during night.

Very nice and quiet, the available parking was great as we traveled with a Van.

Just something odd that could be easily fixed, the lighting on the second floor between the two bedrooms and the toilet was a chandelier that prevented the full opening of the bathroom door.

Location was quiet and the garden lovely. The living room was comfortable with a huge tv screen. Although, we had to move the sofa to get a ball that had rolled under, and the carpet obviously hadn't been cleaned for a while. The bed in the madter bedroom was also comfy

The decking and outside furniture have seen better days. The front door was broken so we had to come in through the back. The utility room had seen better days. The kitchen cupboards were grubby as was the cooker hood (the light didn't work). The small underlight was hanging off and there was a bunch of dead flowers on the window sill. We couldn't find any instructions for the appliances, so I phoned the owner and left a message. I still haven't heard back. We did find the folder eventually. The first bedroom had a hole in the wall, the second had such a squeaky bed, my daughter was scared to move. The nob to pull for the shower had broken off and was sitting on the side of the bath. The ensuite shower room has black mould on the ceiling, cracked floor tiles and looks generally old and dirty. The furniture in the master bedroom was all scratched. All and all, what could have been a beautiful bungalow, was dirty and tired and not worth the money.
