Sehr schönes, gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Zimmer mit idyllischer Terrasse zum Innenhof. Gute Anbindung zum Bahnhof Nizza und zur Straßenbahn waren genial und fußläufig waren Shopping, Einkaufen, Stadtplätze, Attraktionen und der Stadtstrand zu erreichen.

The location is excellent, just 3 minutes away from the main train station- Nice Ville. We had also a tram station right in front of us, which was also very convenient. It is pretty central, but still quiet.
It did not look clean, the bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned up, we did not have any proper bedsheets for the blankets that were given.

Good air conditioning, quiet, good communication with host- used lock box for key. Near train and tram.
Old building, very tiny apartment with very tight little bathroom. Bed was too firm for me. Barely room to move around bed with two suitcases. Would not stay again. Ratings on booking.com felt deceptive.
