位置非常好，步行约7分鐘到尼斯火車站及電車站，步行约10分鐘有電車站可以直達尼斯機埸。附近有超市，很多餐廳，房間非常整潔，設備齊全，簡潔厨房厨具可以煮輕食。難得公寓內有升降機，不用爬梯級，搬運行李十分方便。屋主十分友善，信息查詢很快回覆。值得推薦，下次到尼斯也會再次入住。
