Отличное место для проживания, рядом много кафе и ресторанов, удобно добираться во все стороны города. Рядом станция и пляж в 10 минутах ходьбы. Очень хорошо оборудована кухня, можно без проблем готовить дома, если нужно. Очень хорошая система кондиционирования, отдельный регулятор в спальне. Управляющий пошел на встречу и заселил нас раньше.

Узкая кровать, вдвоем спать тесно. При заселении ребенок менеджера ходил по квартире и лежал на диване в обуви. Полы были довольно грязные.

We loved the size and location of the apartment. It has everything you need for a long-weekend/week stay. It took us 15 mins to walk to the beach and was about 7 minute walk to Nice-Ville Station. There’s was a great selection of supermarkets, bakeries and essential shops near by also. The kitchen was a great size and had everything you needed to cook at home. The apartment is spacious, with more than enough room for two people to stay comfortably. The balcony is a great addition to sit outside and the doors to the balcony block out the sounds of the streets below. The air-con was also great and kept the flat cool all week when it was 30C. Our host Anthony was really kind and answered any questions we had about the property. We’d happily stay again.
