Well located, clean and everything you need including coffee machine! We especially appreciated the washing machine as we had been travelling a while and needed to wash our clothes. The balcony was great and very private. Sofa bed not as comfy as a real bed - but as sofa beds go it was a pretty good one!
The shower needed a little bit of maintenance as it dripped a lot after each use and door didn’t quite close properly. Plus taking rubbish out is not simple (although this isn’t the hosts fault). Overall these things didn’t bother us too much!

El departamente tiene todo lo que se necesita para una linda estadia por Niza.. Sandrine nos dejo todo perfectamente preparado y contesto todo lo que necesitamos.. Muy limpio y ordenado y a muy pocas cuadras del centro.. Sin duda alguna alquilaria nuevamente su apartamento si vuelvo a Niza

No wifi at all There is only one room, when the sofa is made into bed there's no place to step The landlord is not responsive to your request
