Superb location within 5 mins walk to old town, Massena food strip, beach and public transport to airport.
Unit is small as is the norm for inner French city areas. But it is modern with a new bathroom, small but functional kitchen, and a very good sofa bed (I was a solo traveller). Very clean. No street noise when windows open.
Nothing to complain about.

De locatie was top: dicht bij het historische centrum, dicht bij de zee en dicht bij de winkelstraten. Ik hield ook van de stilte in de studio. De mogelijkheid om zelf te koken op de 2 elektrische kookplaatjes was een pluspunt.
Ik verbleef 10 dagen in de studie. Daarom had ik graag meer toiletpapier gehad, enkele extra keukenhanddoeken en vuilniszakken en een waterkoker. Dit zou mijn verblijf nog beter hebben gemaakt. Dit zijn details die heel snel en gemakkelijk te verhelpen zijn.

Прекрасное местоположение в центре Ниццы, как я и выбирала😜, в квартире предусмотрено все, отличная кухня, ванная, есть абсолютно все, что может понадобиться и даже больше: стиральный порошок, тазик. В квартире тихо.
Очень поздний заезд в 17.00, при этом очень нерасторопный персонал, я заехала в 18.00 и выяснилось, что квартира не убрана, белье грязное, до 20.00 я ждала окончания уборки.

The apartment is very practical for solo travelers or couples, and very central for those who like to explore the city . The area is quiet but very close to the main tourist spots. I always received a quick response or help from the apartment management .
