Welcome to DOLCE VITA STUDIO, a pretty studio with balcony. It's ideally located on Nice's main avenue, Jean Médecin. You'll be right in the heart of Nice city life. Ideal for getting to Place Massena and the Promenade des Anglais.
The main room features a dining area, sofa bed, open-plan kitchen opening onto the balcony. A shower room with toilet.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor and accessible by elevator.
Please note that the elevator is a half-level elevator. You need to walk down a few steps to reach the apartment.
Note: We offer two apartments in the same building. For a group stay, please check the availability of DOLCE VITA STUDIO and DOLCE VITA MASTER for a total capacity of 6 people.
Heating: Heating is collective and managed by the building. Start-up is scheduled for mid-November to mid-December. Shutdown is scheduled for mid-April. Start-up and shut-down dates depend on the local climate and the building manager.
The living room includes a portable air conditioner.

The apartment is right in the middle of the busy shopping street, that does mean street noise, but you're also within easy walking distance of the train station and everything in Nice. And with the doors closed, the noise from outside is significantly reduced. The apartment itself is basic, but complete, the kitchen is well equipped and I really liked the balcony. Also, the personal page you'll get access too after booking is complete with lots of information.
The sleeping sofa wasn't too comfortable, at least, that was what I thought and I found it rather unique that for a short term holiday stay, you only get one roll of toilet paper and you'll need to buy yourself more toilet paper if you're out. In years of staying at many different apartments, this was a first.

Neat clean apartment. Location great. Plenty of street noise at night ( with windows open). Loved sitting on the little balcony. Sofa bed surprisingly comfy 😊

ProsLocation!!! 15-20 mins walk from old town but only 5-10 mins from the train station so if you are using Nice as a base, this spot is ideal.THE VIEW!!! Wow wow wow it truly is so gorgeous.The washing machine was a great bonus.The sound proofing!! When you have the windows open it can get pretty loud but the second you close them its nearly silent! Coming from someone who lives in a busy city I was prepared to wear earplugs to sleep but I didn’t need them.ConsThe place seems to be falling apart already. Things like the shower head, wardrobe, and toilet paper holder are already coming apart and when I booked it said this was a “new stay” so that surprised me.During my stay there was a leak in the bathroom that needed to be fixed. It was taken care of promptly but the communication from the property management company was very minimal and I was left in the dark about when people would be in my suite with all my belongings.After this repair was done, there was an awful smell that came from the bathroom that would make the entire apartment smell like sewage if you didnt have the drain plugged.NotesThe bed was fine for me but it definitely is a standard pullout couch bed so if you have back problems you will be uncomfortable.If you are a digital nomad, you will want to bring your own wifi booster or be prepared to use your cellular data because the wifi can get really spotty at certain times of the day.The A/C barely works but using it as a fan was good.
