Hassle-free self check-in and check-out with detailed instructions from the owner. Lockers are located just a few minutes' walk from the accommodation. The apartment is small but very well equipped, thanks to the owner's attention to detail. It includes a microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle, fridge, washing machine, and a well-equipped kitchen. The WiFi connection was fast and stable. I’m not usually a fan of sofa beds, but this one was surprisingly comfortable. The apartment was clean and well maintained. The location is excellent, right on Avenue Jean Médecin, not far from Nice Ville central train station. It's also within walking distance of the airport tram stop, with many eateries and shops nearby.

Almost nothing to mention. The door lock was slightly loose, although it still worked. Soundproofing could be better.

Great price and location

Property is next to train station, but adding an extra 10-15 minute detour to obtain the key from lockbox makes it not worth it for travellers trying to optimize distance to train. Door did not lock and instructions to get to the correct door were poorly explained. Going to 4th floor then going down a floor then left door then another left door is confusing, and hard to quickly find in a massive paragraph of other irrelevant information. Just put a number on the door and keep the message concise. Side of pull out couch was broken, not a big deal but annoying. Also front door did not lock properly so felt unsafe leaving valuables when going out for the day.

Ottimo appartamento vicino al centro di Nizza, in 10/15 minuti si arriva ovunque, a 5 minuti c'è la stazione dei treni per raggiungere Monaco ed altre località. Ambiente pulitissimo, tutto funzionante, supermercati vicini, stanza molto fresca anche d'estate. Il proprietario è sempre disponibile , risponde velocemente ed è disponibile per ogni problema. Assolutamente consigliato

Perfetto in ogni dettaglio La casa aveva tutto ciò di cui uno aveva bisogno super pulita. Il proprietario era super gentile e super disponibile tra l’altro una cosa da raccontare che ho avuto un problema, quello di dimenticarmi il passaporto lì nella casa. Purtroppo non sono riuscito in tempo ad andare perché il mio volo era già in partenza, quindi l’host si è messo a disposizione per recuperarmi il passaporto e tutti gli oggetti che avevo rimasto lì nella mia borsa per poi spedirmeli in Italia ed è stato super gentile e super Disponibile nell’aiutarmi e nel tranquillizzarmi
