Posizione super a 2 minuti a piedi dalla stazione e a poco più di 10 dal mare.
Casa storica bellissima e ben tenuta.
Ascensore molto utile.
La pulizia può essere migliorata nei luoghi comuni. La stanza era un po' piccola ma ben organizzata.
Ci hanno accolto due amici della proprietaria che sono stati veramente molto gentili, ma forse troppo presenti. Avremmo preferito fossero un po' più discreti. Comunque le chiacchierate sono state piacevoli.

The beautifully kept apartment was a welcome respite from the heatwave outside (even with no AC). The wifi worked great for when I had to work a bit at night. The apartment is in a great location, just minutes from all the fun areas of Nice. The host was the best, always welcoming and kind and full of great tips and knowledge of the area.
It got very hot on my last days in Nice due to a heatwave rolling through all of Europe. Not much the host could do about this!

We were greeted very friendly and the lady even recommended places we can visit. Apartment is in perfect location, it is cleaned and has all the facilities you might need.
