Πολύ ωραίο διαμέρισμα με κλιματισμό ,ηλεκτρικές συσκευές,ωραία κουζίνα ,βεράντα και άνετους χώρους για 2 άτομα .Διπλα στον κεντρικό σιδηροδρομικό σταθμό της Νίκαιας και σε απόσταση 15 λεπτών,με τα πόδια από την παραλία.

L emplacement...l équipement...la litterie...un appartement très agréable et très bien situé en face de la gare et à 3 min du tram pour la Place Massena ou la Vieille Ville...

Le système de récupération des clés est un peu laborieux...l ouverture de la porte de l appartement ( merci d indiquer la couleur de la clé ! ) un peu technique...des détails donc !

Property was perfectly appointed in a well-situated location, directly across from the train station & about a 15-20 minute pleasant walk to the Old Nice area. Team was very responsive to any messages, concerns or questions we had prior to, during & even after our stay-as I left my sweater & the team helped to facilitate the return to me! Comfortable, quaint stay with a lovely breakfast/brunch spot right next door, & a Monoprix (grocery) a simple 5 minute walk away. Perfect for a one week, 2 person stay. We truly had a lovely experience.

the door lock to a bit of adjusting to get used to, but property & apartment are very secure!

Cosy boutique style apartment in an art deco building just in front of the train station. Nice and comfortable. We liked it very much. Well equipped

Wardrobe could be unpractical for two people It’s irritating when you use Booking and then get confronted to a local agency which asks for a deposit or extra fees for earlier check-in. The agency Luxstay was correct and helpful. However, Booking should be more transparent because all this is not mentioned when you book the apartment
