Cosy boutique style apartment in an art deco building just in front of the train station. Nice and comfortable. We liked it very much. Well equipped
Wardrobe could be unpractical for two people
It’s irritating when you use Booking and then get confronted to a local agency which asks for a deposit or extra fees for earlier check-in. The agency Luxstay was correct and helpful. However, Booking should be more transparent because all this is not mentioned when you book the apartment

Full of character, we felt at home straight away. The location was central and yet the rooms were quiet, no street noise. Well equipped with plenty of nice touches such as a relaxing bathroom and a funky kitchen.
To relax in this apartment and catch up with International TV news with English commentary (such as BBC/CNN) would be nice.

Petit appartement tres sympa et tres agréable pour un court séjour, tres bien équipé, confortable, il ne manque rien et la clim était la bienvenue par les fortes chaleurs! Sophie était la pour nous accueillir et nous ouvrir la porte avec le sourire. La location est en face de la gare, tres pratique et 30mn d'une marche agréable pour être dans le vieux Nice.

駅目の前で観光拠点として大変アクセスが良かったです。私たちは夫婦2名で宿泊しました。1LDKのアパートメント型のお部屋は広さも設備も全て整っていて快適な暮らしができました。ホストのソフィは初日に一通り部屋の案内をしてくれます。とても親切です。
致し方ないことではありますが、同じ建物の別の部屋の住人が早朝に扉をガンガンと叩くことが少し怖かったです。
