We really enjoyed this stay. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, clean and in a great location. It was super easy and fast to get there from the airport via train from Grand Arenas tram stop / Nice Saint Augustin train station. We appreciated having a big bed (not standard in french apartments), plus huge thanks to Elena for arranging two duvets instead of needing to share one with my friend. The kitchen was well equipped and had a little balcony just perfect for a morning coffee. It's convenient to have an A/C mobile unit in the bedroom however is was not really needed because the house has new windows and external window blinds that keep the hot air out if shut during the day. Communication was smooth and key handover also. Can definitely recommend.

Great location and apartment close to everything you need in Nice. Washing machine was handy with an inner balcony to dry clothes. Cool view out to street. Great cooking facilities and comfortable bed. Easy to communicate with host and were very friendly upon arrival. Would stay again :)

Very minor things including no shower head, or curtain.
