We used this property as we had a wedding event at Leyland Golf Club so its a great convenient location nearby
Really clear instructions from the owner about how to enter the property
Rooms were clean.
Kitchen had all the facilities that you would need.

The location was OK. The rooms were very clean. We had everything we needed for a one night stay.
The bed was too soft. The bathroom was shared, but we did know that in advance. The tea and coffee facilities were in the shared kitchen downstairs, but that was obvious from the property description. The shower was driven by a mixer tap rather than a power shower or an electric unit, so getting the temperature right was tricky, and whenever a tap was turned on anywhere in the house the water became boiling! (I haven't experienced that type of system this century!)
