It is close to a small market where you can get essentials. There is a nice kebab center and KFC so that you don't have to go into town which is about a mile away. Bus stop is about 100 meters away with buses to Manchester stopping there. There is good parking space around the house. It is good for people transiting the area.
It is not close to town center if that is some one's area of interest.

Very quiet area with plenty of parking. Room was very clean and had coffee making facility and a bottle of water was a bonus. Very comfortable bed so slept really well. Host Nina was very friendly.
The room doesn’t have a tv, the WiFi was good though so I used my tablet.
