Very spacious apartment with nice view

The location is bit outside the city, but just behind the corner is a tram stop and in 8 minutes you can be in the city center. And if you have a car, there is not a problem at all. It's quite calm area. The apartment is very big and spacious, with 2 AC splits and ceiling fans. Mostly all of the dishes, pots, linens and towels are there, so no problem at all.

We hoped for at least a bit earlier check-in but unfortunately the ower doesn't agree with that and finally we were checked-in about an 1 hour later as there was a problem with the key, which was not there where it should have been. The other thing is that opening the door requires higher level of master degrees... We don't require luxury, but I think that basic hygiene items such as soap (only liquid soap that had just a little bit at the bottom of the bottle ) and toilet paper should be available (only 1 already started roll), especially when we came in 4 for a whole week. The fridge is bit smelly and it was off from the electricity when we came. The electricity in general should be renovate somehow as it was switching off from time to time.

Génial

Cet appartement a tout ce qu’il faut. Il est bien équipé. La vue de la terrasse est top. Il est très propre et très spacieux. L’ascenseur est un gros plus. En dehors du centre donc très calme. Il y a un petit magasin au pied de l’immeuble pour du dépannage. Il y a même un jeu de société qui a ravie nos soirées une fois rentré à l’appart. Il dispose de la Clim et de ventilateur au plafond.

Seul petit bémol, il est adapté aux personnes à mobilité réduite du fait de l’ascenseur et de la barre dans la douche, mais pas aux fauteuils roulant. selon le handicap pas top. La douche est très glissante et mon fils n’ayant pas de stabilité n’a pas pu l’utiliser.

Estancia Inolvidable

Es mi primera vez en España y en Milan’s Flat pero siento este piso como mi casa en España. Estuve con mi madre y hermana por más de 15 días visitando mi familia alrededor de Villajoyosa y siempre que retornábamos al apartamento era como regresar a casa. Todavía extraño tomar mi café en las mañanas respirando aire puro y contemplando el mar. El apartamento es muy cómodo, súper espacioso, con muchos closets, muy limpio, está súper equipado con todo lo necesario y más para una agradable y larga estancia. Ascensor hasta la puerta del apartamento y parqueo a la vista desde el balcón. No supe echar a andar el aire acondicionado pero no pregunté cómo hacerlo porque no hizo falta. La brisa fresca de mayo que entra por las ventanas abiertas nos daba frío. Si me lo permiten regresaré cada año con mi familia y los recomendaré a todos los que quieran visitar la Costa Blanca y hospedarse en un lugar seguro, tranquilo y hermoso que los haga sentirse como en casa.

Spain for the first time.

Duże, ładnie urządzone mieszkanie, bardzo funkcjonalne. Trzy pokoje do spania i jeszcze salon - spokojnie zmieści się tam 8 osób. Bardzo podobało mi się osobne pomieszczenie - pralnia/suszarnia, gdzie można było uprać i rozwiesić mokre ubrania. Piękny duży taras z widokiem na morze, bardzo blisko do morza. Dużo miejsca na parkingu pod blokiem, więc nie było problemu z zostawieniem samochodu. Lokalizacja super (na obrzeżach miasta), więc nie trzeba jechać przez pół miasta. Dobrze wyposażone mieszkanie (praktycznie niczego nie brakowało).

Niektóre rzeczy przydało by się naprawić, na przykład szufladę w szafce przy łóżku w środkowej sypialni. Jednakże poza tym wszystko było super.

Séjour idéal sans anicroche.

Situation idéale à 2 pas de la plage fantastique apparemment. Très bon état toutes les commodités. 3 chambres très spacieuses un véritable plaisir d'y loger coquet à souhait, très bien tenu . Je le recommande vivement. Un petit supermarché au bas de l'immeuble pour les oublis de première nécessités un resto et surtout le tramway qui relie Villajoyosa à Alicante jusqu'à Denia en passant par Benidorm sinon arrêt de bus à proximité aussi bref pas besoin de voiture une fois bien stationnée dans le parking privé .Tout était parfait et un grand plus , accessible à personne avec mobilité réduite
