Perfect, clean and comfortable apartment right on the seaside, with a small balcony and oceanview.

My stay was absolutely amazing. I felt very safe. It's super central, right on the boardwalk, you have a small balcony and view of the ocean (it doesn't say that it has a balcony and oceanview, because there are other apartments who have a bigger balcony and are actually on the boardwalk, but for me personally I did count this as a balcony and oceanview). The bed was so comfortable and the apartment was spacious and clean. It's actually very quiet at night even though you are in the centre. Better than I could've imagined!

Nothing bad to say, the only things I can think of is that I was missing a garbage bin and maybe some basics like pepper and salt because if you stay for only a few days, you won't buy those things.

It was not in a quiet location but that was to be expected when I was so close to everything. It didn’t take away from my stay at all.

Perfect Spot for a Beach Holiday

Perfect Spot for a Beach Holiday Amazing location – just steps away from the sea and close to many great restaurants, which made everything super convenient. The area is peaceful, yet very central, with easy access to all the local attractions. The apartment was very clean and well-maintained. It had everything we needed – a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, air conditioning. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to relax by the sea!

Excellent stay in good apartment in a great location

Location couldn’t be better, right next to the beach with great sea views and immediately next to a long run of restaurants. Apartment is clean and comfortable with a nice little balcony. Wifi was good, AV good too. Staff extremely helpful on arrival, providing lots of useful information. The town of Villajoyosa is a lovely place to stay.

No complaints at all but bear in mind the three flights of stairs. Not a problem for us but would be difficult for anyone not very mobile.

Everything!! I don't have words to say how happy we are that we stayed there. Everything was amazing! The best place! First of all the apartment is new! Modern. Stunning view! 10/10 CLEAN. 10/10 All! Brilliant place and lovely people

The property was clean and the location was excellent. When we arrived there was a technical problem and our booking had not been registered in their system. They were very quick and professional to resolve the issue and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Lovely place, lovely location, and lovely people. Highly recommend.

Such a lovely and stylish apartment, great location and nice with a roof terrace, friendly/available staff, and a bonus with the festival during our stay!

The roof terrace could have been better furnished, and with some option of shade. There was a small parasol but this was insufficient for a family of four. Well equipped kitchen, but no bottleopener.

We loved the location it was beside the beach. The apartment was excellent with everything we needed.

Towels were only changed once in the week we stayed but the was a washing machine so we were able to wash them ourselves.

Wonderful, comfortable stay, and would not hesitate to come back to the same property again

Lovely, clean and spacious property with a private roof terrace with wonderful views over the beach to the sea. Well-equipped and with an efficient modern A/C that worked very well and quietly in Eco mode during a really hot spell. Property was literally 50metres to the lovely town beach with loads of nice restaurants/bars all along the front. Host very helpful and the reception office only 10m across the road!

No dedicated car parking but, hey, the location is Villa Joyosa old town and the lack of cars is part of the magic :-). We had no problems finding a space within easy walking distance

Would have been better to provide hand wash gel( there was none), shower gels (only 2 tiny bottles for 3 nights) and basic spice for cooking like olive oil, salt, pepper etc (there is none)

An excellent choice for a holliday stay

This is a very good value for money. Happyvila Apartments in Villajoyosa turned out to be a superb location, right on a beautiful beach, in a fantastic old house from the 19th Centrury. Couldn't have be any better. The Happivila staff was friendly and very helpful. Great days there.

Absolutely lovely

A family member has used the accommodation three years ago. And it was an amazing little studio with absolutely everything you would need. When we arrived, it hadn’t shown any signs of ware at all . The building is extremely well looked after, modern, and exceptionally clean. The host, Ricardo and his staff are very nice and really very accommodating.

The apartments weren't very well insulated for sound, and the other apartments were noisy.

wonderful - highly recommended

fantastic position, just back from the sea front, clean, very well equipped, excellent communication from owners and a lock box with the keys by the front door (great for a late night arrival). video of how to find property and of how to use lock box sent prior to arrival, made the whole process very easy. would definitely stay here again

We stayed on third floor with roof terrace (great for sitting out) but no lift and steep stairs, so wouldn’t suit someone with mobility issues. More blankets would have been appreciated for the bed, it can be chilly at night in February (we used the bedding from the lower, unused, bunk bed to top up)

I like this studio apartment. very nice cozy and charming. Two seconds to the beach, from the little balcony is easy to see the beach. Lots restaurants around.
