We are family of 4n arrived in Villajoyosa 14.06.2025 and stayed there for 21.06.2025. The apartment is pretty close to the beach, it's just 2-3 minutes. There are 2 bedrooms and living room with a kitchen in it. There were all the necessary things , including oil, salt and sugar and even capsules of coffee. Washing machine, microwave oven, fridge, 2 conditioners. It was properly. Also you'll find a few shops/supermarkets not far away from the appartement. On the beach is sand , and there are umbrellas( 7 euros) and chaislongs(7 euros). We don't use it because there are some palms on the beach where we hide from the sun. By the way, the sun is hard here. I was trying to be in the shadow all the time but I burned on the sun. So be careful, use protect cream spf 50. I would like to admit that Danay( who was responsible for giving us keys) helped with calling a taxi to the airport because it was a problem: I did it by myself, but they speak English a little bit and they told me to wait for a taxi and for their call, but no one recall me back, and I was afraid to miss my airplane. I called Danay, and she decided this question quickly, so I appreciate her for help 🙏

It was hard without windows, because 1 window is too small and faced to the wall, another one is inside the appartement. But it's OK. The real thing that was hard for me - these are noisy neighbors.Every night, they came out in the evening and till the 3 a.m. communicated too loudly( adults and children) i couldn't sleep. Despite THIS, in general, we had a nice vacation.

Nel cuore del 'barri vell de La Vila'

Ottima struttura nel cuore del centro storico! L'alloggio si presenta con un ampia zona giorno cucina-sala, la cucina abbastanza attrezzata e piena di comfort (come macchina per caffè 'Dolce gusto', bollitore) presente anche una lavatrice e ferro da stiro. Al piano superioe il bagno e la zona notte, con due stanze non grandissime ma vivibili con letti matrimoniali ed armadi. La struttura è situata a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e da i vari locali ristoranti, bar e gelaterie. A 5 minuti di cammino si trovano supermarket e negozi per acquisti di ogni genere. La gestione della struttura è affidata ad una bravissima host, sempre disponibile, preparata, cordiale e sempre sorridente. Torneremo sicuramente!

Niente di particolare da segnalare, la struttura va benissimo per le vacanze! Personalmente curerei un pò più i dettagli del fabbricato!

Nadherny vyhled na more a mesto, ubytovani bylo dobre zarizeno - je tu kavovar, mikrovlnka a trouba. Venku vsude posezeni a vesak na pradlo.

Ubytovani bylo hezky, samozrejme takove domky tady jsou, ale schody byly narocny a po dnu uz otravne. Koupelna je v nejvyssim patre hned vedle postele a odpady zapachaly hlavne v noci.

Alojamiento con encanto en entorno tranquilo y pintoresco con buena relación calidad-precio.

La ubicación en el casco antiguo de la Vila, que es pintoresco a la vez que acogedor y tranquilo y muy cercano a la playa. La casa tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable, con camas grandes y cómodas y todo muy limpio. Las toallas eran grandes y de calidad y hay también lavadora, que nos fue muy útil. En la cocina hay suficiente menaje y está bastante nueva. También había cafetera de capsulas con alguna cápsula de cortesía, cacao, azucar...Es una casa fresca, lo cual se agradece en los meses de calor y tiene, además, algún aparato de aire acondicionado (frío/calor) y ventilador de techo en la habitación principal y decorada con buen gusto. Se agradece también que haya un espejo de cuerpo entero, además del del baño que tenía buena iluminación. Hay secador de pelo, plancha y tendedero. La persona que nos atendió durante nuestra estancia es encantadora y estuvo todo el fin de semana muy pendiente de nosotras y nos dio buenos consejos sobre la estancia.

En nuestro caso nos alojamos 3 personas y me pareció lo más cómodo, Quizás para más gente se queda un poco justo puesto que solo hay un baño y la cama de una de las habitaciones, aunque grande, está pegada a la pared de la habitación y tampoco hay demasiado sitio donde guardar las cosas. Alguna percha más sería de utilidad y también alguna balda en el baño. Hay alguna cosilla que necesitaría una revisión/reparación para que la casa sea totalmente perfecta, pero, en general, en relación con la situación y el precio, el alojamiento es muy conveniente.
