Location, in the heart of the old town easy access to restaurants and bars .
Tram station an easy 10 minute walk away .
5 minutes into town or promenade
Fully equipped quirky self catering accomodation, spotlessly clean .
All measure been taking to reduce moisture with dehumidifiers in every room .
You have to appreciate its a very old building as mentioned by others there is a problem with damp but measures are in place to minimise this .

El apartamento es muy bonito, es un duplex. Totalmente renovado, muy limpio. Muy cómodo, dos baños. Está totalmente equipado, horno, lavadora,........, hasta máquina de café y tostadora. 2 TVs. En la parte vieja de Villajoiosa, a pocos minutos de la playa.

Great location, close to the beach, tram, stores and other nice places.
Clean and comfortable beds.
Good kitchen with everything we needed.
Somewhat loud neighbors. I think they did a renovation of their apartment.

Beliggenheten og sengene var gode.
Møblene, de var dårlige å sitte i og i tillegg var den ene stolen pluss det ene bordet veldig vaklevorent. Veldig glad for at vi hadde godt vær så vi kunne være mye ute.
