Perfect!

Everything was perfect. I stayed here a couple of years ago and it was just as good as I remembered. The staff are lovely, the communication is great, the apartment is amazing with everything you could need and it's very close to the beach. If I come to Villajoyosa again, I'll always book this one

The only minor fault was that the hairdryer wasn't working and the plug socket was loose

Great location

The downstairs apartments do not have windows. Several lights were not working. The hot water in the shower did not last very long. Basic kitchen equipment, chipped plates.

In the old town and close to the beach with nice bars and cafes. Also the market was good for fresh produce and fish.

Not enough coat hangers. Not enough plates, cups etc for 6 people.

Despite niggles, still enjoyable . Villajoyosa is stunning ! Weather was amazing for January. Restaurants were superb .

Proximity to Beach

No proper bedding for sofa bed . Sofa bed dirty . Loud music playing til 2am Saturday night . Couldn’t sleep though this is not the fault of the company , but effected our stay. Cupboard doors need repairing . Not enough chairs round table for 7 , only 5 dispite booking for 7.

Good location has potential to be a lovely apartment

Kettle did not work emailed the host no reply. The door handles were falling off and chips off furniture. Also had to go under bed and the dust was thick under there. The shower was not great

Nice to revisit but disappointed by run-down condition of flat and lack of owner communication.

Access very difficult, stressful, nobody there, no answer to phone calls. We helped two other sets of people over our days there. Never met hosts, no reception, though cleaner sympathetic and helpful.

We can’t complain about anything really, íf I had to pick, there was nothing toaster, not a problem for us as we only stayed for a weekend but if we stayed longer we would like a toaster to make breakfast

Nice apartment in a beautiful location

Delightful location and a very nice apartment in a quiet location very close to the beach and all local amenities. The apartment was very modern inside and very clean. Our host, Gabriela was very friendly and helpful, and dealt with all our queries promptly.

We would have preferred regular towel changes during our 2 weeks there. We did get one change but had to ask.

Good location close to the beach

Convenient location close to the beach and restaurants. The apartment is well equipped and the keyless entry is good.

Before being able to check in I needed to make a bank transfer for payment and then show proof of this. It would be more convenient if I was informed of this when booking so i could do this before i arrived at the property, this would save having to stand outside for 15 with low battery and poor phone signal trying to make the transfer. It wasn't a big deal but I think it would make it more convenient.

Great location

Right in the heart of old town Villa Joyosa & near the beach & cafes. The apartment met all your basic needs for cooking if required. Room was quite cool considering the heatwave in July. Alex was very helpful. The locals are very friendly also. 10 mins to tram stop & supermarkets.Thank you for all your help.

As long as you don't mind walking up a hill to the main old town for the tram & supermarkets every thing is good.

Exceptional

2 - 3 minutes walk to the beach front, lovely walks along the strip. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone thinking of going to Villajoyosa, Spain. The best and reliable Taxi on the Island is Paco ask for he's number at the reception of these apartment's. I rate these apartment's 10 out of 10.

The complex was really quite, it was lovely and clean and it had everything you need for a self catering holiday. Its proximity to beech, restaurants and walking facilities is fantastic just minutes away.
