La ubicación es perfecta ya que está a pocos metros de una playa increíble y también a pocos pasos del paseo de la costa que está lleno de restaurantes super pintorescos. La atención de Carlos es destacable con su amabilidad y buena predisposición.

El propietario fue fantástico: siempre disponible, amable y atento a cualquier necesidad. La comunicación fue rápida, clara y muy sencilla desde el primer momento. La casa está en una ubicación estratégica, cómoda para viajar alrededor de Villajoyosa y perfecta para disfrutar al máximo de la estancia. Me encantó todo!

Los puntos fuertes de este alojamiento son su excepcional ubicación, la wifi y la atención por parte del anfitrión, que puso a nuestro servicio una botella de agua mineral en la nevera y una cápsula de café.
El alojamiento necesita mejoras importantes. Es una planta baja y tiene muchos problemas de humedad que se manifiestan en zócalos hinchados y desprendidos, baldosas sueltas en el cuarto de baño, manchas en paredes y techos, y un olor desagradable en el interior. Hay abundantes deshumidificadores por todo el alojamiento, pero no solucionan de forma efectiva el problema. También encontramos presencia de insectos caminando sobre la encimera de la cocina y trampas para atraparlos en lugares estratégicos.
