Perfect would definitely stay again

Excellent apartment for our stay beautifully restored old building in the heart of the old town adjacent to the church Easy access by keyless systems helped

No washing machine for a longer stay but laundry close by be aware also no main oven so has limited cooking facilities but again lots of small cafes and bars close by at reasonable prices

Segunda visita

Es la segunda vez que vamos a este hotel y tanto la ubicación como las características de la habitación son fenomenales. El trato del personal es educado, amable y muy atento 10/10.

El aislamiento acústico es ligeramente deficiente. Y recomiendo que en la habitación 24 encolen el tablón que se encuentra encima de la televisión del salón el cual está despegado y el día que ceda del todo romperá la tele (y si hay alguien cerca le lesionara)

Moderno y agradable, pero frío y sin comunicación con la propiedad

Lo mejor es la ubicación, la limpieza, la decoración y lo nuevo del apartamento. Tanto los muebles, los electrodomésticos, como la vajilla y la ropa de cama eran nuevos y bonitos.

Lo peor ha sido la falta de comunicación con la propiedad. No había mantas, envié un email (el único dato de contacto que me funcionó ) y no obtuve ni respuesta ni mantas. Hemos tenido que dormir con un jersey puesto.

Hemos estado como en casa.

Nos ha encantado el loft: la decoración, la distribución, el mobiliario, la comodidad de la cama y los cojines, las vistas, descansar por la noche sin escuchar ruidos y lo práctico que es entrar con código y no depender de llaves.

Es complicado aparcar por los alrededores.

Perfecta, lo recomendaría.

La cama era muy cómodo y el apartamento muy acogedor. Estaba de orado con mucho gusto y no se escuchaba ningún ruido de la calle. Además, está muy bien ubicado, a 5 min andando a la playa.

No había paño de cocina para secarse las manos, ni tampoco aceite para poder cocinar

Buena ubicación y confortable

El apartamento está muy bien ubicado, a unos 5 minutos andando de la playa y a 10 minutos de un supermercado. Decoración y diseño muy bonito, han cuidado el más mínimo detalle en este sentido, así como en la limpieza del interior del apartamento. El secador tiene muchísima potencia. En el baño hay un pequeño botiquín.

Sería conveniente ofrecer los productos de limpieza para el lavavajillas, teniendo en cuenta la cantidad de huéspedes y los días reservados. Se podría mejorar la limpieza de la zona de la terraza. En las zonas comunes ( ascensor, escaleras) hace muchísimo calor.

En el anuncio dice dos habitaciones pero en realidad tiene una cama en el salón cocina con una cortina, eso no se puede llamar habitación.

Maravilloso, pero mejorable.

La habitación se trata de un estudio completo y muy coqueto, perfectamente ubicado en el centro histórico de Villajoyosa, con ascensor en el edificio lo cual en esa zona es digno de elogio. El baño amplio y moderno, perfectamente equipado.

Por partes: 1º Poco aislamiento acústico tanto en la puerta de entrada (escuchábamos todo lo que pasaba en la escalera) como en ventanales. 2º El suelo del baño es tremendamente resbaladizo, lo cual es peligroso. 3º Aunque aparentemente la habitación tiene wifi por lo que vimos en el cartel de la entrada, las televisiones no podían acceder a la red lo que nos limito a la televisión convencional. 4º El ascensor parece un horno, y a primera hora de la mañana no funcionaba.

Ubicado en un sitio privilegiado.

El apartamento cumple con cuanto se detalla en su anuncio. Y los colchones firmes, no parecen muy usados.Y una terraza para disfrutar, que nos sorprendió. Destacaría sobre todo la persona de contacto, muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar.

El aparcamiento, en la zona, aunque no tiene nada que ver con el apartamento, que se encuentra en una ubicación inmejorable.

Está muy nuevo y cuidado, la decoración es sencilla pero bonita, está bien equipado, tan sólo le faltaba algún paño d cocina y un tendedero para poder secar toallas y bañadores

El ruido de coches y motos empieza muy pronto por la mañana y se oye bastante. Entra mucha luz por las ventanas

Forse il più bel appartamento in cui sia mai stata. Molto grande, spazioso, moderno e veramente bellissimo. Si trova proprio in centro, a due passi dal mare.

Qualche problemino con il codice all'ingresso, ma poi risolto dalla proprietaria. La doccia era un po' fredda; la mattina inoltre la persona addetta alle pulizie è entrata senza bussare mentre stavamo dormendo. Avrei gradito magari la presenza di olio e sale per cucinare, ma sono piccolezze.

Encantador

Pasamos un fin de semana muy agradable en Apartamentos Heritage. El apartamento nos encantó: espacioso, bonito y con todo lo necesario para sentirnos como en casa. La ubicación es inmejorable, a solo 3 minutos andando de la playa y con todo cerca. Raquel fue muy amable y atenta desde el primer momento, lo que se agradece mucho. Tuvimos un par de problemillas durante la estancia que se resolvieron con sus más y sus menos, pero nada grave. Son apartamentos nuevos, y como es normal, puede surgir algún pequeño contratiempo, igual que podría pasarte en tu propia casa. Son detalles comprensibles que no afectan a la buena experiencia general. Con el tiempo y un poco más de rodaje, seguro que todo irá sobre ruedas. Nosotros, encantados de volver en otra ocasión.
