A perfect apartment for a beach stay and exploring the area. Would highly recommend!

Beautifully furnished with comfortable bed, pillows and sofa. Tastefully decorated and located on the picturesque church square next to a few cute bars and restaurants. Easy to access the supermarket and beach. The owner was exceptionally helpful and friendly- he helped us organise a taxi to the airport on our last day which was much appreciated.

location noisy particularly with ongoing exterior church renovations that was in full flow from 7.30am Also in need of some maintenance work to leaking shower which showed evidence of being problematic for some time

Very functional, nice apartment with service minded host

Newly renovated apartment with very comfortable bed and functional furniture. Excellent bathroom. Well isolated so traffic was not a problem. Good location! Possible to connect computer to tv via HDMI. Very helpful and generous host who made sure I had a lovely stay. I will be back!

Definitely recommended

The newly-renovated apartment was well-equipped and clean. The whole building looks nice: it was always a pleasure to return to apts.:) The atmosphere in the yard where the apartments, the same owner’s hotel and restaurant was cosy. All our requests were resolved immediately. The beach, tram station and town center are just 5 minutes from Casa Hermès. Definitely recommended!

Electrodomésticos de última generación y de marca

La persona que iba a entregarnos las llaves me llamó 3 veces para saber cuando llegaba pese a que previamente se había acordado el rango de hora en la que iba a llegar ( y en todo momento yo iba bien de hora). Nos agobió muchísimo que nos metiera prisa ya que hay que buscar donde aparcar ( que no es nada fácil). El señor sugirió que se descargaran las maletas en la puerta del apartamento y mi pareja se fuera a buscar sitio para aparcar ( porque él tenia prisa). No me paré nada normal, profesional ni empático. No fue desde luego una buena bienvenida. Eso no se hace. Tampoco me gustó la cama. Era un sofá cama y eso no se explica al hacer la reserva. No pasaría nada si no fuera porque era súper incomoda.

Fin de semana en Villajoyosa

La ubicación es excelente, en pleno centro histórico y muy cerca de la playa. El anfitrión fue muy atento y flexible con las horas de llegada y salida del apartamento. Envió a una persona para recibirnos y enseñarnos el apartamento, amueblado y decorado con mucho gusto, y que tiene todo lo necesario en cuanto a ropa de cama, baño y cocina. Perfecta la climatización y aislamiento, pues no se oía nada y el descanso está asegurado por las noches. Totalmente recomendable.

El sitio es una pasada, en el centro a 3 minutos de la playa andando por unas calles preciosas. Jesús, el dueño, un anfitrión de 10, atento en todo momento. 100% recomendable, volveremos sin duda!

Nos ha gustado todo. La ubicación es perfecta, muy tranquilo, insonorizado de forma tal que no escuchas los posibles ruidos de afuera. Aún así, hemos abierto las ventanas y afuera estaba tranquilo también. El duplex hermoso y muy completo, la decoración es increíble, han estado en todos los detalles. La cama muy cómoda, las almohadas también y tienen varios almohadones. La ducha increíble. Queremos destacar la amabilidad de Jesús... días antes nos ha contactado para coordinar la hora de entrada y guiarnos cómo llegar. Cuando llegamos, nos mostró el duplex y dio sugerencias sobre Villajoyosa. Agradecemos enormemente su atención. Hoy en día que, cada vez más sitios ponen para hacer el check-in por app, en algunos hasta se vuelve casi imposible poder hablar con una persona, y en algunos casos ni siquiera ves a alguien allí, destaco que sigan brindando esta atención humana, ya que nos ha dado más tranquilidad al momento de llegar y las recomendaciones que nos ha dado, han sido de gran ayuda.

No me gustó que pasaran tan rápido los días y tener que volvernos. Dan ganas de quedarse allí mucho tiempo!!
