Too cold to stay in the apartment, so we had to leave. Unprofessionally handled by the host.

The apt was fine, and the location as we wanted. Wifi satisfactory.

The apt was far too big for just one air conditioner. The fuse went all the time. After freezing through one night we had to leave the apt, although we had booked for 4 nights. The owner didnt agree that is was cold, which was very unprofessional, being a young man, and we are in our seventies, me having rheumatism and a lot of pain. We said we wanted a compensation as we had to find another hotel, but as the money didnt come, I complained today. He then said that he had spoken to Booking and they said as the apt was in good condition he didnt have to pay! He said he had stayed there for four days now and it wasn't cold. But our stay was two weeks ago! This is not a way to treat guests. (The apt wasn't cleaned properly either, but that is a minor issue). We will claim our 150 euros.
