Artemaris by Seaward Suites

L’appartamento è molto bello e soprattutto completo di tutto. La cucina è perfettamente attrezzata con tutto il necessario e anche il bagno è fornito di tutto ciò che può servire durante il soggiorno. Abbiamo trovato gli ambienti puliti, curati e funzionali. I letti, per i nostri gusti, sono un po’ duri. Molto comodi il check in e check out in completa autonomia. L’unico aspetto che migliorerei è la sicurezza della porta d’ingresso: l’accesso avviene tramite pin e, considerando anche la semplicità del codice, non ci ha trasmesso una grandissima sensazione di sicurezza.

Una nota decisamente negativa riguarda invece i lavori in corso proprio accanto all'appartamento, che purtroppo hanno disturbato parecchio il nostro soggiorno. Essere svegliati già intorno alle 7:30 del mattino dal rumore FORTISSIMO del trapano, mentre si è in vacanza, non è sicuramente piacevole. Ci tengo però a sottolineare che l'assistenza è stata davvero eccellente: sono sempre stati disponibili, gentili e pronti a cercare una soluzione. Per il disagio dei lavori ci hanno anche proposto di trasferirci in una camera d’hotel, proposta che abbiamo apprezzato molto, ma che abbiamo preferito non accettare perché avevamo scelto appositamente un appartamento per poter usufruire della cucina. In alternativa, ci hanno offerto gratuitamente l’accesso alla spa, gesto che abbiamo apprezzato e di cui abbiamo usufruito. Nel complesso, quindi, ottima struttura. Senza il problema dei lavori, il soggiorno sarebbe stato sicuramente MOLTO più piacevole.

Monolocale spazioso, con tutto il necessario per rendere piacevole il nostro breve soggiorno. Posto auto in strada non molto distante.

The apartment was very clean, fully functional and appeared to be quite newly renovated.

It was not at the address, in a small plaza, that we had been given by Booking.com but in a much noisier thoroughfare. There was major building work in adjacent buildings involving full scaffolding and the view from our window was of an industrial skip. After sending a message and receiving no reply then making a phone call we eventually obtained a code to enter the apartment. We entered it at the address we had been given by booking .com and the door opened. It was immediately obvious that this was not the apartment we expected from the photos and it was obviously already occupied. When we got to the replacement address given by Seaward Suites the same code gave us access to that. After expressing disquiet in another phone call to Seaward Suites about the security implications we were told that our code would be changed. During the five days of our stay it was not and we had no further contact with Seaward Suites. Moreover in the middle of our five night stay another couple rang the doorbell and said they too had a reservation for our apartment. It was a shame that the confusion and disquiet somewhat spoiled our stay.
