La limpieza y lo agradable de la decoración de los espacios. Lo bien equipada que estaba la cocina. El buen funcionamiento de la calefacción y el agua caliente.

Staying here is a chance to experience authentic Spanish life in an unbeatable location. The house is super cute in its narrowness and multiple staircases, and has been recently renovated to a high standard. It's steps from a great sandy beach and fantastic restaurants.
There was quite a lot of renovations going on so some mornings we woke up to construction noise.

De charme en comfort van het huis midden tussen de ‘luidruchtige’ locals. Maar dat zorgde juist voor een hele authentieke belevenis.
Daarnaast een fijne communicatie met de gastvrouw Dunia overzee, die ons steeds van de gevraagde informatie voorzag!
Als we weer eens in dit heerlijke dorp Villa Joiosa terugkomen dan weer heel graag in dit paleisje!
