Staying here is a chance to experience authentic Spanish life in an unbeatable location. The house is super cute in its narrowness and multiple staircases, and has been recently renovated to a high standard. It's steps from a great sandy beach and fantastic restaurants.

There was quite a lot of renovations going on so some mornings we woke up to construction noise.

Excellent stay in a lovely little town, definitely hope to return

The properties location is really convenient for everything in Villajoyosa, the sea is just around the corner. It was spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated and well equipped. The owner was very responsive and friendly. Came up with good recommendations for dinner on our last night.

Awesome stay!

Loved our stay, Firstly good communication with the owners, very cute house on 4 floors, air con and fans throughout. Comfortable beds. The location is perfect a short walk to the beach and equally to the bars and restaurants. Take the time to walk around the area! We most definitely would book again!

Amazing, quaint, traditional townhouse. A stones throw away from the beach and smack bang in the middle of the old town.

Lots of stairs as described. Need to be fairly fit to keep going up and down. Ok for us though. Would have been good to have another set of towels. Also one was damp on arrival. Would definitely stay again.

Great Place to Discover Costa Blanca

Close to the beach, close to restaurants. It's a traditional village house with all the facilities needed, well furnished and very clean. The host was very responsive. Bonus, there is a small terrace on the roof.

It was described as a 3 floor property. The description was accurate. However the bathroom was on the 2nd floor and the stairs very narrow and steep. I am a fit 60+ year old and 100kg, I had difficulty with the stairs and a lot of difficulty combining the stairs and a suitcase. it’s not a criticism of the description, it’s a description of our stay.

Adorable row house

Perfect location in the old town, very charming house from the period, comfortable beds, great kitchen items, clean and nice decor.

Everything was exactly as described in the listing. It’s a skinny house with four floors and many narrow, steep stairs, but if you know that going in, it’s absolutely fine. It was fun to experience the way people used to live in the row houses. It’s the history that makes this stay memorable.

Lokaal maar comfortabel

De charme en comfort van het huis midden tussen de ‘luidruchtige’ locals. Maar dat zorgde juist voor een hele authentieke belevenis. Daarnaast een fijne communicatie met de gastvrouw Dunia overzee, die ons steeds van de gevraagde informatie voorzag! Als we weer eens in dit heerlijke dorp Villa Joiosa terugkomen dan weer heel graag in dit paleisje!

*Butas išdėstytas per 4 aukštus. Laiptai siauri ir statūs. Apsistojus kelioms dienoms tai gal nėra didelė bėda, bet gana greit pradėjo erzinti. *Labai triukšmingi ir ne itin draugiški kaimynai (vietiniai gyventojai čigonai). Triukšmas kieme trunka kiekvieną vakarą minimum iki 2 val. nakties. * Terasa labai maža ir nejauki, ją labiau apibūdinčiau kaip lauko skalbyklą.

Cette maison typique est très agréable à vivre. Les chambres sont spacieuses et les lits confortables, avec climatisation. La maison est très bien située, à quelques mètres de la plage, en plein centre. Commerces, restaurants, pharmacie, tout est à proximité. A disposition le matériel de plage et dans la maison tout le nécessaire. Formidable !
