About this apartment rental
The house is located on the Costa Blanca, in the picturesque town of Villajoyosa, above the students beach. Then a long sandy beach expands, offering a beautiful walk and wonderful cuisine.
The house is extremely bright, with beautiful views.
Reformed and fully equipped according to the Scandinavian standard.
Apart from its large terrace of 35m2 overlooking the sea and the pool with garden, includes parking in the garage of the building at no additional cost. Advice with elevator from the garage.
Housing consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed, and the other with two single beds.
The sofa bed in the living room can advantageously be converted into an additional bed.
The living room ends with the terrace where you can sunbathe, eat, or just enjoy the view.
The kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils and appliances.

LOCATION AND SURROUNDINGS OF THIS PROPERTY
The province of Alicante is an exceptional place to live all year. The province is bathed by the water of the Mediterranean, has an average annual temperature of 19ºC, 300 sunny days a year, fine sand beaches, hidden caves and white villages by the sea that welcome their visitors, therefore it has all the necessary conditions to enjoy an excellent quality of life: sun, beach, nature, gastronomy, culture, good communications and a wide range of commercial services.
Villajoyosa is a fishing town of historical and cultural importance, with a marina, promenade and an old town with charming colorful houses.
It offers its inhabitants and visitors a wide gastronomic offer Mediterranean style, a great selection of leisure activities, water sports and land activities.
There are beautiful coves with crystal clear waters, beaches of fine sand with five of them awarded the blue flag. This town has all the services and several attractions including the regional hospital and the famous chocolate factory and museum of Chocolates Valor.
The international airport of Alicante-Elche is only 25 minutes away and there is easy access to the national network of roads and highways through the N-332 and the A7.
Benidorm center is 15 minutes away by the N332.
If you like golf, they have 8 golf courses nearby.

Apartamento cómodo. Cocina pequeña pero bien servida. La habitación de matrimonio tiene un armario estrecho algo pequeño pero la habitación de dos camas tiene varios armarios y es más amplia. Unas vistas preciosas al mar y una gran terraza. En la habitación de matrimonio tiene banquetas, espejo y espejo de maquillaje. El baño es amplio y cómodo (suficientes colgadores, ducha correcta), espejo grande.
Marieta ha estado pendiente de informarnos antes de nuestra llegada y ha sido atenta.
Hemos estado a gusto.
Al lado está la playa de los estudiantes, el chiringuito Varadero y el paseo marítimo.

Sweet little apartment with a nice sea view. Easy walk along the seafront into town. Pretty little beach just in front of the apartment building with a good bar serving tapas.
