Lovely quiet and very comfortable house

Very comfortable and quiet house with an outside kitchen, roof terrace, a great shower and very nice hosts. Luis made sure we had everything. He left us a nice bottle of wine, some beers, coffee, tea etc. along with beach chairs and umbrellas which we didn't use. The location is a little out of town but you can walk down to the little harbour in no time and then along the promenade to the beach and town. Also, by walking towards the supermarket, if you carry on for 5 minutes, there is a tram stop which goes to Denia or Alicante and all stops in-between. The safe secure parking was great.

An excellent apartment, ideally located in the pretty town of Villajoyosa. Highly recommend.

The location was lovely, an apartment in a quiet little Spanish Street, only a short walk away from the beach and the town centre. The apartment had plenty of room for 4 of us and a little courtyard and rooftop garden, ideal for sitting in the sun. All amenities and facilities for cooking etc provided. The host had left us a lovely bottle of wine and ensured we had managed to check in. We all had a fabulous time.

We loved to stay here, something different from the luxury hotels but a nice experience.

Very friendly host who seemed to be very worried that we might not feel comfortable. We felt very welcome in this house where a good red wine was put there for us among other small things that we could use like salt, sugar, coffee, herbs etc. Although not too big, he house is very complete and fit for 6 people. We loved the roof terrace, nice place to sit in the sun.

The house is well renovated except for the kitchen door that leads to the terrace, in winter it lets trough some cold. The house can be warmed well by the air conditioning but it is a bit of sad mainly for the owners as the heating will cost them more.

Sfeervol huisje als prima uitgangspunt voor actieve vakantie

Het huis ligt in een sfeervol en rustig straatje en is van alle gemakken voorzien (goed uitgeruste keuken , wasmachine etc.). Vlakbij ligt een supermarkt en binnen 10 minuten ben je bij de boulevard, langs haven en strand. Ook het sfeervolle stadscentrum is goed te voet bereikbaar. Omdat je toegang krijgt tot een afgeloten parkeerplaats en je met de auto dichtbij de uitvalswegen van de stad bent, is het een ideale plek om tochten te maken in de omgeving.

El anfitrión estuvo pendiente de nuestra comodidad en todo momento, la casita tiene de todo y está muy limpia. Bien situada, muy cerca de un supermercado y a unos diez minutos de la playa

Estaba todo bien, aunque la parte de arriba de la barbacoa tiene unas escaleras un poco malas, incómodas si vas con niños y personas mayores, nosotros al final no la utilizamos pero en el patio de abajo se está fenomenal.

Très bon séjour

L’emplacement était bon avec la plage et le port pas loin. La terrasse sur le toit avec le barbecue est très sympa! De plus, l’environnement est calme. Les hôtes très serviables.

Il nous manquait un four mais on s’est débrouillé avec le barbecue!
