We had an amazing stay in Villajoyosa! The apartment was spacious, with three bedrooms, making it perfect for larger groups or families. The highlight was definitely the **stunning sea view from the terrace/balcony** – absolutely breathtaking! The place had all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay, including a dishwasher, washing machine, fast WiFi, and more. Everything was well-equipped and felt like home. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the beach, with a bigger shop only 10 minutes away on foot. For those with a car, parking was available, and in March, we had no trouble finding a spot. Plus, it’s a great base to explore the area – Benidorm and Alicante are just a 15-20 minute drive away. Even if you don’t have a car, the **train station is right in front of the property**, making it super convenient to get around. The owners were friendly and flexible, making the check-in and overall experience smooth and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a spacious, well-located, and comfortable place to stay, we highly recommend this apartment. Would definitely stay here again! 😊

Uitstekende accommodatie, goed ingericht. Vanaf balkon mooi uitzicht over de zee. De tramhalte is zeer dichtbij.

Het strand op loopafstand is een kiezelstrand, dus waterschoenen benodigd.

De geïnstalleerde video apparatuur in de verblijfsruimten zoals in gang van het appartement en de woonkamer. Vermeld werd opnameapparatuur in de gemeenschappelijke ruimtes, maar niet dat deze ook in het appartement hingen, dit was nergens, voordat wij boekten te lezen, en dit mag, zover ik weet, ook niet.

Schitterende locatie ! Echt vakantie gevoel.

De ligging is perfect, op 5 minuten ben je op het strand. Villajoyosa is goed bereikbaar met de tram of te voet (2.5km). Voldoende goede restaurants in de onmiddellijke omgeving. Goed gelegen voor diverse uitstappen te maken. Alle bezienswaardigheden en stadjes binnen een straal van 30km. Het appartement zelf is heel mooi gelegen op de 7e verdieping. Het is een ruim appartement. Voorzien van alle comfort. De airconditioning is perfect te regelen. Op het terras kan het warm worden. De eigenaar is heel goed bereikbaar en staat direct klaar om je te helpen. Zwembad top! Weinig of geen contact met de buren. Gemengde blokken, zowel bewoners als toeristen. We konden onze kleine hond meebrengen.

Parkeerplaats aan het appartement is in drukke weekends (hoogseizoen augustus) zeer moeilijk te vinden. Het zou beter zijn mochten parkeerplaatsen toegewezen worden aan de appartementen. Er is geen controle en er parkeren ook veel mensen die er de tram komen nemen.

El apartamento está genial ,limpio,amplio,con todo tipo de detalles(toallas ,sábanas y pequeños detalles q facilitan el día a día ) muy bien ubicado .piscina amplia y muy cerca de la playa .el trato excepcional .la limpieza muy buena !!!!

La casa está a las afueras del pueblo por lo que está lejos del paseo y de las tiendas. La playa es de piedra.

Het verblijf was ontzettend aangenaam en tot in de puntjes verzorgd.

Het appartement was groot (3 slaapkamers) en werkelijk van alles voorzien: van wasmachine en dubbele airco tot wasmiddel, parasols, koelbox en ga maar door. Helemaal top.

Niets viel tegen, alles was positief!
