Enjoy a relaxing and comfortable stay in this lovely apartment in Villajoyosa, ideally located just steps from the beach and featuring a wonderful terrace with ocean views. Perfect for families or small groups, this accommodation offers a welcoming and functional space where comfort, practicality, and a beautiful seaside setting come together to create a fantastic stay.
The apartment can accommodate up to six guests and features two bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with two single beds. There is also a bright living room with a sofa bed for two guests, as well as a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for your stay. The property also has one bathroom with a shower.
One of the highlights of the apartment is its wonderful terrace with ocean views—the perfect place to enjoy breakfast outdoors, relax in the sun, or unwind in the evening while taking in the Mediterranean scenery.
The accommodations are equipped with:
- Two towels per guest
- Cleaning kit
- Complimentary coffee
- Toilet paper rolls: 2 rolls
- Kitchen paper roll
The apartment features ducted air conditioning and heating for year-round comfort.
We will be available via the platform’s chat feature to answer any questions or provide assistance during your stay.
Please note that stairs are required to access the accommodation.
Please note that, due to nearby construction work, some noise may be heard during the day.
Additional guests after check-in: 60€/day.
The house must be left clean; otherwise, an additional cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.
Pets are not allowed. Failure to comply with this rule may result in a penalty of €150.
No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.
Smoking is not permitted. This will result in a fine of 150 euros.
The noise levels and sleeping hours of neighboring residents must be respected.
Failure to comply with these rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.
It is mandatory to complete the guest registration form as required by Spanish accommodation authorities, providing the information from your DNI or passport via the link we will send you.
Damage to the following amenities will incur the following charges:
10 € for small towels
20 € for large towels
10 € for sheets
30 € for a duvet cover
Damage to or breakage of the lock on the front door of the accommodation will result in a penalty of 700 euros.
The loss or failure toreturn of any key or remote control for the accommodation or garage will incur a charge of 60 euros.
Any damage occurring during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded security deposit.
The cleaning or maintenance team will always enter the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can resolve.
We are not responsible for any personal belongings left in the accommodations.

Door entry system (electronic) was a nightmare as it had an intermittent fault. Eventually we were provided with a key so could relax when going out knowing that we could get back in! The Apartment and location are excellent (at the minute) having been newly refurbished and fitted, although WIFI didn't work. Unfortunately a new build is going up in front with building work underway, so noisy at times with cranes, diggers and drilling. Parking not easy, so lucky if you were able to park close by. I appreciate some of my comments are teething problems and can be resolved but unfortunately the parking and the new build will be there to stay. We love Villajoysia so did enjoy our holiday..
