Small, clean, modern apartment with everything you may need, including chairs & umbrella for the beach. . Great location, minutes from the beach, bars & restaurants. Very good communication with owner.

Building work next door. Noise from 8am. Otherwise, I'd have given a higher score overall.

Absolutely delightful stay- superb! 👌

The property was an absolute gem! I loved everything about it from the care and thought that had gone into the beautiful renovations! The properties fixtures and fittings were of an exceptionally high standard and the homewares were lovely! It was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need AND more! Just beautiful little touches that sets it apart from a lot of other self catering apartments! A true gem of a find! The position of the apartment is perfect, just steps from the beautiful beach and lovely restaurants! The communication with the owner Beatriz and her welcoming staff was superb! Beatriz gave me lots of information about places to visit and good restaurants to try! Villajoyosa is an absolutely charming and beautiful place to stay and so is San Telmo apartment! I hope to return later in the year 🙏👏😎

We hebben een prima verblijf gehad in een mooi gerenoveerd klein appartement op een top locatie.

Alles was mooi ingericht. De douche was heerlijk. Het is fantastisch dat er een grote tuin bij zit met tafel, stoelen en ligbedden waar je bijna de hele dag zon hebt en beschut zit door de omheining. Fijn dat er strandstoeltjes, zeep, schoonmaakmiddelen, koffie ed aanwezig is. Het is een top locatie vrijwel direct aan het strand. In januari is parkeren in de directe omgeving geen probleem.

In de winter zit je 's avonds binnen en mis je een bank om in te zitten. Het matras was voor ons iets te zacht. We rolden daardoor wat naar elkaar toe.

L’emplacement est remarquable à proximité de la plage et des restaurants , le vieux village est très agréable . L’appartement est confortable même si la cuisine pourrait être mieux équipée.

Ein schönes, neu und modern ausgestattetes Appartment (fast) gleich auf dem Strand. Check-in/out sehr freundlich und angenehm. Im Patio findet man Esstisch, Sonnenliegen sowie Strandstühle und Sonnenschirm. Tram 1 Haltestelle (Alicante - Benidorm) bzw. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ca. 12 min. entfernt.

Alojamiento fantástico en un entorno inmejorable

Lo mejor fue sin duda la ubicación, en un entorno muy pintoresco, y la playa a dos pasos, genial. Otro punto muy importante es que el apartamento a pesar de ser pequeño tenía de todo lo necesario, y con los detalles muy cuidados para que solo nos preocupemos por disfrutar

La única pega que le encontramos ha sido la escalera para subir al apartamento que era un Poc estrecha e incómodo, como llevábamos carro nos costaba un poco más, pero ha sido un mal menor

Das Apartment ist mit Liebe 🥰 und Sachverstand eingerichtet! Es fehlt an “Nichts” 👍👍👍 Selbst die hohe Treppe zu Appartement 2 ist bestens gesichert! 😂👍

Der Fußboden ist aus grauer Vorzeit erhalten und wirkt deshalb etwas angeschmutzt, aber das stört überhaupt nicht und gibt dem Appartment seinen eigenen Charakter👍👍👍
