Beach front location, walking distance to everything in town

Beach front Location! Right on the beach in the middle of the famous colorful houses. A couple minutes walk from free street parking (we were here during off season in October). Just walk downstairs and find lots of bars, cafes, restaurants.

Minor thing - There wasn’t any hand soap in the bathroom. We thought that was strange since there was dish washing liquid in the kitchen. We didn’t use the showering facilities so can’t remember if I saw soap or shampoo or anything.

The great view and location.

One of the best our stays in this trip. Location and set up of apartment was just great and interesting as well. And eating/drinking on balcony is just fastest way to get in tourist photos, because apartment is located in their beautiful colorful houses and everybody takes a photo passing them - so better smile all the time! :) And the view from balcony - just outstanding. I would come back.

Wonderful apartment and host.

The apartment was spotless and well equipped. We had everything we needed and our Host Matteo was amazing. He was there to meet us and went through everything down to recommending places to eat. We left our keys in the apartment and were locked out. Matteo was there to the rescue within minutes. We had a fabulous couple of days and will definitely be back.

We really couldn't find any fault.

Horrible anfitrión... Hospedaje sucio con excelente ubicación

La ubicación

Utensilios sucios (cucharas sartenes y platos con restos viejos de comida) , plato de ducha peligroso, resbaladizo, te puedes caer fácilmente, poca agua caliente, se acaba enseguida... Y el anfitrión Mateo un maleducado, llegó 10 minutos antes a sacarnos con malas formas, no atendió a la petición de esperar afuera y trasgredió la privacidad, con todas nuestras cosas a la vista entro hasta la habitación, yo me encontraba sola, por qué mi pareja estaba llevando las maletas al coche, y me sentí muy insegura... No entendió razones y solo me decía que saliera ya....ya ...fuera... Entonces me voy y dejo todas mis cosas???... El no puede echarnos así faltando 10 minutos... Y entrar así??? Que pasa si no estoy vestida??? No sé... Me pareció muy agresivo y me tocó hacerlo salir con decirle que iba a llamar a la policía.... Ahí salió...12 minutos después de estar discutiendo con este sujeto... Y obvio... El malestar y la incomodidad... horrible

Great place

Matteo nos recibió por la tarde y fue súper amable , un apartamento maravilloso frente al mar , con todos los imprescindible para que tu visita sea un éxito. Para nosotros era importante que recibirán a nuestra mascota , forma parte de nuestra familia y un sitio donde entienden eso es un sitio altamente recomendable, volveríamos siempre porque es maravilloso enorme y está llena de comodidades.

Schönes Apartment an toller Lage

Super Lage. Direkt am Strand. Vom Minibalkon kann man dem Treiben an der Promenade zuschauen. Super schöne Aussicht. Wunderschön kann man den Sonnenaufgang sehen. Ideal für Familienferien. Die Wohnung kann gut abgedunkelt werden. Einkaufen ist auch in Gehdistanz. Parkieren kann man kostenpflichtig im Parkhaus unter der Strandpromenade. Gratisparkplätze hat es am südlichen Ende des Sandstrandes in Gehdistanz (Mitte Sept.bis Mitte Juni können auch die rotmarkierten benutzt werden). Tagsüber wird es voll, nach ca. 17:00 Uhr gab es aber freie Plätze.

Im Badezimmer macht der Wasserhahn bei Kaltwasser lautes Bohrgeräusch und es kommen nur wenige Tropfen Wasser. (Man muss die genaue Position der Wasserdosierung finden, damit mehr Wasser kommt und das Geräusch stopt.) Muss man Nachts ins Bad und macht Licht, wird es im Schlafzimmer sehr hell. Es gibt keinen Backofen, keine Handseife, kein Waschmittel, kein Geschirrtuch, kein Sieb um z.B. Pastawasser abzugiessen. Es ist hellhörig. Die Inneneinrichtung sollte teilweise erneuert werden. Die Klobrille passte nicht aufs WC und rutschte ständig zur Seite.

Un sejur minunat, as fi rămas toată vara, recomand tuturor din inima.

Pozitionarea excelenta fata de plaja! O priveliște minunata! Vezi marea din casa și asculți valurile. Condițiile excelente din interior, mult spațiu, dotările de calitate, aer condiționat în ambele camere, curățenie, faptul ca are cele două balconașe, comunicarea foarte bună cu Matteo, care vb și engleză, care ne-a întâmpinat și ne-a recomandat locuri bune unde să mâncăm. A fost foarte receptiv și ne-a pus la dispoziție un fier de călcat, din partea mea totul a fost excelent.

L appartement est parfaitement situé, au cœur d un quartier charmant et littéralement à deux pas de la plage. L hôte est très accueillant et a pris le temps de nous expliquer tous les bons endroits du quartier. Nous nous sommes régalé , et reprendrons le même appartement si nous revenons à Villajoyosa.

Elegí este apartamento a parte de por su ubicación por las valoraciones buenas que tiene, cosa que no entiendo. Nada más llegar el hombre que vino a darnos las llaves.. paso dentro con su perro y lo ato al perchero...sin ni siquiera preguntar si nos importaba.., nos dijo que la arena de la playa la dejásemos fuera...y que si no cocinábamos mejor...jaja increíble . El pasillo, terrible!! olor a perro y a falta de limpieza. La habitación poco acogedora con una luz horrible, sabanas con pelos y pelotillas del uso, el baño fatal con restos en la taza y pelos en la ducha y en las paredes. El último día aparecen cucarachas gigantes que salían por detrás del mueble del baño, me asomé y había basura por detrás, bueno sin dormir toda la noche.. La higiene y limpieza carece por su ausencia.

Fijne locatie met mooi uitzicht.

Zeer genoten van de mooie zonsopkomst en het uitzicht op het balkon. Het contact met de gastheer en het inchecken verliep prettig en voorspoedig. Vlakbij het appartement was het mogelijk om gratis te parkeren in de rode vlakken.

Bed was voor ons wat hard en aan de korte kant maar we waren hier maar 1 nacht dus prima te doen.

Perfekt läge vid stranden och välutrustad kök, sängarna var bekväma. Matteus väldigt hjälpsam och trevlig värd. Han mötte oss och visade hela lägenheten och svarade snabbt i alla frågor. Vi rekommenderar starkt denna lägenheten.
