It's a spacious apartment.
Beautiful modern bathroom.
Amazing beds and pillows.
Lots of extras like washing powder, washing up liquid etc.
Central location so never far from the shops, beach, transport.
Side sea view
The main door, the lock is so tricky. You have to concentrate to open it, I don't have the patience, lucky for me my friend did.
The apartment next door was renovating, knocking plaster off walls and it was so very noisy.
Sat in the balcony dust was coming from next door.
While this is not the owner of our apartment fault, I feel that we should have been notified of works going on, and given the choice of a different apartment or a reduction in price.At times I thought they would come through the wall.

Very clean! Quite large apartment with a balcony overlooking a glimpse of the nearby sea. Hosts are very friendly. Good WiFi. Supermarcados nearby. We really liked the small fruit and vegetable store around the corner, super fresh and tasty! Easy access to the beach with escalators back up to the apartement. Villayojosa has some free parking spaces, we chose the one at the end of the beach.
One bedroom was without window. Balcony could have had more sun.

Doordat we meer dan een maand verbleven verzorgden we soms zelf ons eten. De communicatie per whats app met de eigenaar liep goed en er was een dame namens de eigenaar in het pand, die bij vragen een aanspreekpunt was. Het pand was zeer schoon. Goede bedden . Keuken apparatuur werkte perfect. Zowel douche als bad ter beschikking. Kortom een perfect appartement.

Cómodo, cerca de la playa, espacioso, camas cómodas, las bombas de calor funcionan muy bien. El baño reformado muy bonito
Falta mucha limpieza: los cubiertos y platos sucísimos, los suelos con miles de pelusas, los espejos llenos de polvo…
