Excellent would stay again.

Location was excellent right on the beach and restaurants. Fully fitted kitchen all you need. Big smart TV. WiFi was the best I have had before in a apartment. Good shower. Nice balcony looking over the beach.

Only thing I would mention. It's on the 3 Rd floor no lift so a lot of stairs. But all these types of old building s are the same. It's definitely worth the view.

We loved the location, directly overlooking the beach and promenade. Exceptional value for money. The host met us and showed us the property and how everything worked, he recommended a restaurant, T Class, which was excellent. We will definitely be back soon!

The bedroom was a little small but didn't affect our comfort.

Top Lage, leider nicht wie auf den Bildern erwartet

Top Lage direkt an der Strandpromenade. Gute Bars und Restaurants in direkter Nähe. Man wacht mit Blick auf das Meer auf, wenn man auf der ausklappbaren Couch schläft. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war freundlich und schnell.

Die Ausstattung ist schon arg in die Jahre gekommen. Die Wohnung wirkte muffelig, zahlreiche Ameisen krabbelten über die Arbeitsfläche der Küche. Trotz Info an den Eigentümer blieb dies jedoch unbehandelt. Die Fugen der Dusche schimmeln, die Duschtüren waren defekt, Badschränkchen aufgequollen. Hinter dem Spiegel im Wohnzimmer blätterte die Farbe ab. Es wirkte, als stände der Spiegel dort nicht ohne Grund.

Appartement recommandé !

L'emplacement est au cœur de la jolie ville de La Vila Joiosa, accès direct sur la plage et possibilité de parking gratuit à proximité (en novembre pour notre part). Soleil du matin directement dans la pièce principale et vue imprenable sur la mer ! Des oreillers ergonomiques sont à disposition, un vrai plus pour de bonnes nuits. Appartement confortable et agréable, accueil chaleureux du propriétaire.

Juste un petit détail : il n'y a qu'une seule petite cuillère, un seul mug, et pas de torchon à disposition mais cela ne nous a pas empêché d'apprécier notre séjour !

Wspaniała lokalizacja tuż przy plaży. Wygodny apartament. W szafce ryż, makaron, przyprawy, cukier, herbata itd. Miły właściciel. Bezproblemowe późne zameldowanie. Z pewnością będę tam wracać ♥️

Tylko jeden kubek do herbaty i dwa malutkie do kawy. Jedna łyżeczka do herbaty. Jeden leżak dobry, dwa zepsute.

Het was geweldig we komen terug !!

We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in Villajoyosa. De accomodatie was fantastisch prachtige locatie met het mooiste uitzicht! Matteo is een hele sympathieke host hij was direct bij de accomodatie om ons op te vangen en rond te leiden , bij vragen reageerde hij direct. We hebben het zo fijn gehad dat we weer hebben geboekt . Villajoyosa en Villasun Palmera Beach zijn een absolute aanrader !!!!

Fantastisk beliggenhed

Fantastisk udsigt over stranden, som er virkelig smuk og roligt i maj. Lejligheden er ikke indrettet med designmøbler og pynt og det er fuldstændigt ligegyldigt for os, alt fungerede. Sengen var god. Køkkenet havde hvad man skal bruge. Matteo kom med nøglen som aftalt og hjalp endda med at bære vores ting op på 3. Sal.

geheel nieuw/gerenoveerd appartement op toplocatie, direct aan de boulevard/strand. Vriendelijke eigenaar de na een telefoontje direct de sleutels kwam brengen.

Wij zaten op 3 hoog; steile trappen, niet geschikt voor niet-fitte mensen.

La ubicación, a un salto de la olaya, cerca de restaurantes, al lado de un parking, y sin duda las vistas desde el apartamento.

Por decir algo diría que si llevas mucho equipaje al ser un tercer piso con escaleras estrechas y antiguas es un poco costoso para subir, pero esos edificios antiguos son así....

Una estancia maravillosa

Un lugar agradable, tranquilo y cerca de la playa. Llevamos a nuestra mascota y fue fantástico. Está en un punto excelente cerca de restaurantes, la playa está al frente y muy cerquita hay una zona apta para que lleves a tu mascota. La pasamos increíble, una estancia maravillosa.

No hubo nada que no nos gustara. QUEDAMOS ENCANTADOS.
